All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was on first floor, but near the back door. The loud sound of the door closing in the early hours of the morning were disturbing and kept us awake.

We are longtime fans/have always stayed at Hampton Inn and for years have stopped at Youngstown one going to see family in NY. thought the outside of this one looked a little run down (sidewalk cracking etc) and room smelled a little off.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, even though a few signs of wear were evident here and there. The bathroom was immaculate, and the amenities were good. The bed was comfortable, and our stay was pleasant and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options in a nice room. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs new carpet and new wall paper or fix it
Hotel rooms need to be updated. Peeling wall paper and very old very dirty carpet that smells. A wet wash cloth prom a previous guest was hanging on our shower. The saving grace is it is clean over all and the staff is very friendly and professional.
