The rooms were clean and nice the breakfast was great. From the beginning the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We rented three rooms and wanted to be as close as possible and they made sure that we were , we left some very important items behind they saved them and kept them safe and called us to let us know, definitely recommend staying here

We had to change the date of our stay by 1 day. Doing so through Expedia was easier than expected. However, Expedia neglected to make the change with the property. Thankfully the staff was very accommodating and helped us out. We had a good stay.

Overall the room was clean but carpet needs some attention! The fridge was not on so had to wait awhile to get cool. The microwave didn’t work and the coffee maker didn’t work either.

Good value. Clean property. Conveniently located to downtown Yuba City with tons of restaurants. Very good breakfast included. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed 4 nights and it was wonderful. The staff we very friendly, the room were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, there was something different everyday. The pools were nice and clean, definitely recommend.

Roosters were crowing all night. Slept very little. Bed comfortable. Toilet paper and tissue paper thinnest I’ve ever seen.

The property wasn’t terrible, but definitely didn’t look like the pictures. The worst issue for my family and I was the roosters. I am 6 months pregnant and already have issues sleeping. One rooster woke me up at 4 am and kept making noises till we checked out. The rooster issue, even though it is no fault of the hotel should definitely be told to customers so they can beware.

We stayed there last night. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t work. It appeared to be streaming and the signal was constantly interrupted. The shower water pressure was very strong, which my husband liked. The breakfast was good. Overall good value.

Did not have reservation in system. Luckily they had rooms available and were able to find it, eventually. It took a while. Lots of cats hanging around at night but not really an issue. What was an issue was all the rosters crowing at 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am.... we were told they are all over town and protected by city ordinance, so nothing they could do... maybe they need more cats. Breakfast was good. Good variety. Typical quality.
