all was good except having to be moved because of a dog that was left unattended in the room next to me. The front desk guy was nice and understanding about this. Why a dog was left unattended I dont know ...pet friendly hotel btw but folks with pets should be on the ends...other then this l both rooms were fine and comfortable

Was mostly good other than getting awakened at 6am on Sunday morning by a fire alarm. It was caused by an employee who left a fry pan on the burner while he was setting up in the breakfast room. It was quite disturbing.

This hotel charged me over $1268 for one night stay. Got home and checked bank website and noted FIVE pages of charges totaling $1,268. Hotel manager would not return my calls. I notified my bank that had texted me a fraud alert of the charges and she recommended after "processing" bank charges are complete, to call back for bank to start investigation. Called Expedia who called hotel and Expedia communicated to me that I would only be charged one night stay plus a cancellation fee as I left earlier than scheduled 3 nite stay. Am still waiting for corrections to go thru my bank account; fraudulent unauthorized excessive charges are still "processing" DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The door to the room would not open or close without shoving it as hard as possible as door seemed larger than the frame. No WIFI connection and desk did not know how to connect my laptop. Called computer person phone number in room for assist but he could not connect me either. Save your hard earned money and frustration and stay at a REPUTABLE hotel.

We booked a handicap accessible room. In the pictures it shows a walk in shower. The room we got had a tub with handicap bars and a seat that folded down to the tub. It was very low very hard for my husband to stand up once seated. My husband has 1 leg. It was very difficult for him to shower. He couldn’t stand up there was no grip on the floor or the tub.
