Pros: Service from Desk Clerk. Service and breakfast in café area
Cons: Everything about the rooms need to be remolded
Location: Good location. Enough thons to do
Furniture in rooms were old and outdated. Carpets were dirty where carpet met walls . Bed was freshly made and clean. Breakfast was good, service in café was excellent. Desk clerk was extremely helpful and gave great service. Clean bed, two employees that gave good service, that's about all that was good about your establishment. Two much competition in the area to present an establishment of this caliber.

Older hotel, great staff, great deal!!

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Great staff, great price, great hot breakfast, great pool!!! I felt very safe coming in late,Yes, I was very happy with my stay!!
Cons: The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom was small.
Location: Shopping, sightseeing, it's in a great location on a main road!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, older hotel and not the cleanest, but a great deal and a fresh hot breakfast every morning!! I felt very safe, the pool was great, an easy walk to shopping if you forgot something. If I travel to YUMA again this is where I will stay!!! It was a nice surprise for such a cheap price!!!!

We always stay here.

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Breakfast and Wifi.
Cons: The carpet was coming up in the corners and there are not enough electrical outlets. The bathrooms are extremely small.
Location: It is on a main street so everything is very close. The county fair is just a few blocks away. GREAT restaurant next door. Freeway nearby.
We had two rooms for my husband, mother and myself. Inside courtyard so the location was close to pool and lobby. Breakfast was great as usual. They had fewer choices than last time but the food is good. Wifi worked great, very strong and available all over the hotel.

Not worth the dollars!

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Cons: cleanliness, let people know about additional costs, attitude of manager.
Booked and paid with credit card online for 4 adults for 2 nites, in a room with 2 queen beds to save a little cash. On arrival was informed there was an additional charge for extra persons for each nite. Room was small and not pleasant, bathroom in area by breakfast was DIRTY by my husband's standard and he's far from a clean freak. The rest of us avoided it. Even though the manager did waive the extra person fee, on our return to Yuma we stayed in a nearby hotel in 2 seperate rooms with king beds for 3 nites for less money than our 2 nite stay here. Would not recommend staying here.

Just what we wanted`

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: variety at breakfast, & very helpful & friendly staff
Cons: carpets should be stretched
Location: We wanted the airport which was only a short distance. Food choices were nearby.
The bed was great. There was some coffee stain from the previous guest on the vanity, but otherwise, things seemed to be clean.

No amount of lip stick will fix this Pig!

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: Corporate attitude change.
Prepaid for a room but didn't get it. Mold everywhere. Drains don't work. TV all snow. One ice machine for over 200 rooms. They knew it didn't work going into one of the biggest weekends of the year. Under staffed. Staff has no authority to fix anything.

Yuma Hotel

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Excellent breakfast and friendly staff
Cons: better pillows
Location: Location is downtown and a nice place to stay, close to Mexico and the dentist, eye glasses and drug store
Might suggest for GPS users that you tell them that this is the former Ramada Inn. We had to stop and ask for directions as Garmin does not have this hotel in their list under the current name.

Shabby Rooms

Posted Mar 6, 2015
Cons: Almost everything, except for the staff
The room was a major disappointment. Refrigerator didn't work, lamp shades were broken and stained, bathtub wouldn't drain, and everything looked old and worn out. The air conditioner was marginal at best and the hotel ice maker was broken. However, the staff was pleasant and accommodating and the breakfast was good.
