“Enjoyable stay”

Have stayed they're several times. Staff is friendly my room was really comfortable. The remodel was well done.

“Yuma Microtel Inn”

The air conditioner didn't work very well and the shower didn't have much water pressure.

“Great hotel! Would highly recomment!”

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The service was very good. However, the tv's were extremely small in the room. Would stay again!

“would go back”

Clean room/comfortable bed/very noisy on the street side of the hotel/tub/shower needs to be replaced-shower head old & must have a tub surround ans it is not even & makes alot of noise when showering/breakfast is very good.

“Too noisy too sleep”

The room we were assigned to was extremely small. My husband and I could not pass each other walking around the bed. When we walked in, the air conditioner was blowing hot air and it was very hot in there. We had hoped for a frig and Wi Fi but had neither. I called the front desk to see if we could move to a differrent room but was told they were full and overbooked. I asked them to fix the air conditioner by the time we returned from dinner. When we returned, it seemed to be blowing cold air but was the loudest AC I've ever heard. It continually turned on and off and kept us awake all night. When it was off, it wasn't even quiet because we overlooked a roof full of AC units, constant noise. The tile job in the bathroom was horrible, the shower made a high pitched sqeal when it was turned on and the bathtub creaked so bad I felt as though I would fall through at any minute. My husband said we could not stay there another night, we were so exhausted with lack of sleep. We spent the first day of our vacation looking for another hotel room. Microtel said they would have Expedia refund our money for the 3 nights we did not stay there. We'll see.

“Good stay for the value”

Clean room, friendly staff. Should have changed room. They put us directly across hall from vending and ice machines. Too noisy.
