Outside pool not heated; filled with cold water hose. Staff, however was very helpful and actually could give directions for us through the city that were easy to follow.

easy access to my destinations,very helpful and friendly staff.

“Over-all good”

The hotel was good but their ice maker machine was broken. Had to go to front counter to get 1/2 bag of ice but we needed a whole bag so came up short on the amount of ice.

“a bit loud”

The room I stayed in butted up to a convenience store and I heard loud traffic late into the evening. A few sirens on the road outside were annoying as well. Other than the noise it was a pleasant stay.

Anytime I am in Yuma this is where I stay. The rates are reasonable, it's close to everything you might need, the room has a refrigerator, and the staff is always pleasant.

“cheap, cheap, cheap”

My room was fine. The walls are a bit thin. The staff was very nice. The neighborhood was bit on the low end side. Overall I got what I payed for; an adequate room for the price
