“Never Again”
There was blood on one of the pillows. I took a shower with my sandles on.

My room was fine. The walls are a bit thin. The staff was very nice. The neighborhood was bit on the low end side. Overall I got what I payed for; an adequate room for the price

Nothing fancy, but good basic lodging.
“Cockroach Motel”
I had to ring the night bell at the window, so that I could wake up the hotel attendant. She shoved the card at me and told me good night. - Didn't tell me anything about what the place had to offer etc... The hotel was EXTREMLY far from the freeway. The room was large, but very dirty bathroom with cockroaches crawling on toilet paper. I will NEVER stay at a Travel Lodge ever again because of this experience.

Wanted to use their pool but it was dirty. The rooms were very small and not that clean. Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

I was on a trip through the southwest of the USA and wanted to spend a night in Yuma to visit the Historical Prison and Downtown. When I arrived, the area looked not that nice to me - I was hoping that nobody would steal my rental car. The staff seemed not very professional to me. The room itself was quite dirty, I found hair from a guest before, the carpet was disgusting, just like the coffee maker, the refrigerator and the microwave oven. Some furniture was placed randomly... like a mess. It looked like as it has been never renovated since maybe 30 years. The bathroom window could have been easily opened from outside, so I felt not very safe in this motel. The breakfast was just like the breakfasts at other Travelodge locations - a joke. Some muffins, cerials, coffee and orange juice to take away. The "buffet" was placed next to the reception desk. Overall - this motel was never worth the price I paid (and I used an Expedia coupon!).
