This property has great potential. Rooms mostly the nicely furnished but there seems to be a maintenance problem. We had to change rooms twice! First door wouldn't open. Card clicked but handle locked. Second room had a very very very slow toilet. Third room better but again tub drained very slowly when taking a shower. Evidence o to mouse droppings. No Kleenex. No extra roll of tp and roll was only half. This room was half renovated. Tub old and stained. Other room had beautiful walk in shower. No elevator. Curries restaurant attached very good

Hotel staff at check in was rude. Once going to the room the white bedding had a big stain on it. Asked for new bedding and was told there was no housekeeping staff available. Switched to a new room where the phone was not working. The second room was clean.

The lack of services is more what I recall about the Ramada. I called the desk…. No answer. Went for breakfast…. No coffee…. Eggs being fried by young man for breakfast…,..until he went AWOL. Cleaning staff did our room as a checkout and removed our belongings from the room. It took much time and effort to get them back.

I had booked two rooms with this hotel and right before we were about to check in they called and stated they only had one room and they placed us in another “similar” “cheaper” hotel. I usually rest a hotel for certain reasons. I was told by the other hotel that they overbooked the night.

I loved the retro southwestern style of this ramada. The rooms were clean, beds well made. Its not a frilly hotel, but the property within its boundaries is beautiful and has plenty of room for socializing. Complimentary breakfast was easy, quick and mostly pretty healthy. The Ramada Yuma was a great place to stay the weekend

The rooms are 'tired', they said the rooms are recently renovated, but not well done! Good: Nice pool area; Very nice TV and viewing selection; comfy bed; very friendly front desk staff at check-in. Poor: Stained walls, doors counters, floors (strange, not renovated with other stuff); breakfast is very light, all heavy sugar & fat packaged stuff, guy cooking eggs - one style only - not a cook! White bread only - REALLY?!?!? Cheaped out!!

As a woman traveling on my own, I feel uncomfortable here, but am too tired to change properties. Problems I've experienced: unclear directions on how to get upstairs to my room, garbage left on my AC unit (exterior), curtains half open, dirty exterior floors, long list of rules that seem to reflect many issues the property has had to deal with (no illegal activity, no smoking, no no no).

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were able to change our room with ease, a flexibility that was much appreciated. However, my initial impression was slightly tarnished when I had to sign forms acknowledging a strict zero-smoke policy, only to find guests smoking in the courtyard, with the smoke wafting into our room. Despite reporting this to the front desk, no action was taken, which was disappointing. The hotel boasts a beautiful courtyard with a swimming pool, a feature we looked forward to enjoying. Although we ultimately didn't use the pool, its presence added to the aesthetic appeal of the place. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Although the room appeared clean at first glance, a deeper inspection revealed a used tissue in one of the drawers among other items, surfaces with a noticeable film on them, and bed sheets that seemed previously used. The most telling sign was the immediate soiling of my house shoes, which turned black on the bottom, indicating the floor was not properly cleaned. These observations suggest a superficial approach to room maintenance that needs urgent attention. For the price of $214 for a two-night stay including two queen beds for two adults, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Additionally, we opted not to partake in the breakfast option provided by the hotel, as it appeared to be of low quality and did.

I've stayed here many times because it's an excellent place for the price. However when they renovated the rooms they took out the desk to make space for a ridiculously large set of drawers and decorative pottery. Brand new thick towels, though.

Over priced. Front desk wasn’t friendly seemed like I was bother her for asking questions. Rooms both smelt bad and one bed was dirty the second one felt grimy. Shower was good only two towels for a two bed room. Curtains had a weird smell as well different from room. No heat only cold air

No wifi at room. Shower water pressure was non existing. No extra toilet paper. Staff was not much help and didnt seem to care. The morning breakfast was a joke. Rooms were clean but thankfully we only stayed one night.

Had to transfer rooms because of the smell in the original room. 1970s hotel looks like remodeled in rhe 80s. Astro turf grass all over for a dog friendly hotel. No elevators. And door had to be slammed to lock.

The room was beautiful, but they put us on the second floor. No elevator and we had to walk a long way from the car to the room. My friend is disabled and it was very difficult for him.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, comfortable King bed, quiet room facing the back parking lot on the second floor. Fabulous Indian restaurant on site. Internet essentially non existent, day and night. Not acceptable in this day and age. TV options fine if you like basic cable. If you want any news specialty options, you won’t find them.
