This hotel is located in a quiet but safe area. The tram is a few steps away and you can hop on to go to Velizy2 shopping center in 5 minutes. Velizy2 is a very big shopping mall which has everything you want (and need) including AuChan Supermarket. The staff is so friendly and nice, specially the man with moustache at the front desk who speak very well three languages (French, Spanish & English).

Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet and convenient location.to Valizy Shopping Mall and supermarket. Friendly and helpful staffs. We really enjoy our 4-night stay there while visiting Paris, Versailles and Giverny.

Hotel is 1 hour from Paris. Staff got us lost when we asked how to get to Paris. The staff were rude if you asked them to do anything. Room had issues. Air conditioning didn't work, broken bathroom fan, toilet smelled.

Check out is advertised for 12:00pm but an employee opened our room door at 9am without knocking while we were sleeping. There is no way to lock the door to prevent staff from coming in and they do not have “do not disturb” door signs. The employee opened our door again a second time about an hour later. When I questioned him, he asked what time we were checking out, to which I replied 12:00pm. Regardless, he still opened the door a THIRD TIME around 11:00am. We told the front desk upon checkout and they said it wasn’t normal procedure.

Air conditioner (Ing) is very poor in terms of output so room was unbelievably warm. Some staff very helpful while others are downright rude and overbearing. Toilet is like an airplane toilet so small is an understatement.

Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. No usb charger outlets for phones. Thank goodness we had electricity and water. I felt like I was in third world country and not France. Quite shocked to be honest.

The reception staff was very polite and helpful. For someone used to North American size hotel rooms, keep in mind that these are tiny "suites". The four of us (my husband, our two teenagers and myself) had to dance around each other and coordinate the use of the space.

4 start to 2 star.
I stayed here back in 2015. It was brilliant. The toilets were clean, the bathroom was spot on. The bedroom itself was brilliant. This time, not good at all. The standard has dropped by a massive margin. The pillows were rubbish, couldn’t get comfy at all. The water drainage in the shower and sink was despicable. It took ages for the water to drain. The cleaners were great, they couldn’t really do anything regarding the plumbing issue. They tried to keep it clean but they fell short through no fault of their own. The breakfast wasn’t good, the service was rubbish. Croissant’s running out and no one from the kitchen refilling the baskets. Not much of a variety of breakfast options plus no halal catering provided either. It’s definitely got worse and I would not stay or recommend again.

Really disappointed with the condition & cleanness of the rooms, stained bedsheets/pillow case, windows, carpet, lifts, reception, hallway ….etc. Car park designed for little cars my car got scratched on passenger side.

Clean spacious room with friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to public transports, restaurants, shopping centre and 18 min drive to and from Orly Airport. Great selection of buffet Breakfast and absolutely delicious. Children under 16 eat for free. I'll stay here again in future.

This is a great hotel. Very clean, lots of space and we'll air conditioned in the summer. Location is good. T6 tram easily accessible for routes into Paris centre. Lots of commercial outlets around the hotel Inc Velizy 2- a large shopping centre 10min walk away. Didn't try breakfast, looked expensive for the quality and variety on offer. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are the problem at this place. At check in the man was forcing me to get breakfast added onto our booking. When I politely kept declining he said “is it because its too expensive?”. I was fuming as to how he had the audacity to say this. I told him thatl I DONT want the breakfast sternly. Only then he backed off. I wanted to really slap him after his attitude and behaviour. Then while we were in our room cleaners would come charging in to clean. No knocking. No apology. Idiots! N finally at the check out time I was walking out of the room and the fone rang. Reception rang to say “check out time is 12”. I said I know this and I am coming. The staff is horrible and this hotel is no higher than a 2 star hotel. No toiletries given, no large towels, only hand towels, they put cheap body washes into Rituals bottles. Also when they place tea in the room, there is only a sachet each of fruit tea. No English breakfast. Even sheets weren’t changed while we were there for 4 nights. Donot stay here. It is a horrible place!

fab family stay
excellent parking. excellent size of suite. a few things hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous occupants, no ac, but that was fine as we opened the window! the room was a bit tired in parts but excellent facilities! microwave, small fridge, nespresso coffee machine, separate toilet, lovely shower and separate bath and sink, safe in room! all in all a great stay, we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment! excellent location and super easy for public transport

very nice staff at front desk. the room was clean and functional. no cutlery but the front desk provided some on request. Parking garage was tight and so I parked outside which was much better and easy. Stayed 10 days and saw Paris from there
