One of the cleanest places we ever stayed. Located in a quiet area. No parties around. The pool is open until 9 pm. Could ad smart tv's. Excellent parking. Highly recommend it for a quite family holiday.

Ivana was lovely she messaged me before we travelled and was always on hand for any problems or concerns. She made us feel that we really valued. The apartment and pool area were spotless and the beds really comfy. The only downside was the unsightly and at times noisy building work happening opposite the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is located within walking distance of the shore and a bus which goes downtown. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning in our room was not working during our stay; the room was pretty warm at night.

What really made our stay so excellent was the owner, Ivana. She messaged us a week before our stay, introducing herself, asking if we needed any further information and also asking what time our expected arrival was. When we told her what time our flight arrived, she informed us that she would have the room ready for us 3 hours before the check-in time. This was great as it allowed us to drop our cases and belongings to the apartment and we were able to get out and enjoy the rest of our day. She also gave us some very useful info on the public transport options to get from the airport to the apartment. When we checked in she showed us a map of the town and pointed out some nice spots for food or drinks. She asked us if we were planning on doing some sightseeing or going on any excursions and then gave us some brochures with lots of details on the options available. She couldn't have done more for us and we will definitely return if we are ever in Zadar again!

It needs some time in the morning that we clean the pool and around the pool so that people can have clean pool and the area. Lovely, clean apartment. Manager couldn’t do enough for us! Offer to put food in our room as we arrived late, arranged our transfers and as it wasn’t peak season let us keep the room til 7pm on check out day!

Great apartment close to the beach
Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Gravic! The owner was fantastic and so helpful in giving us recommendations for attractions, excursions and trips to take. And her recommendations for restaurants with special dietary requirements was invaluable! The apartment was lovely and spacious and clean located close to the beach. Would definitely recommend Villa Gravic!

Charming accommodation that is great value for $$$
The proprietress is lovely and welcoming to this little gem of a place. We got an entire two bedroom apartment (even though we only stayed in one) that was clean and comfortable. It's a little far from the center but close to its own charming beach and bakery stores. Very good value for money.

Good value.
It was a good place for us to stay overnight before we flew out the next day from Zadar. Good rooms and comfortable beds. They have prompt in their communication. And even waited for us till almost midnight since we got late leaving from Plitvice. An elevator would have helped. But the person who waited for us to check us in helped me with one of the heavy bags. Extra points for that.

A pleasant stay
Ivana, our hostess, was always helpful and available and allowed us to check in when we arrived from our early flight. She gave us good tips on where to eat and how to drive to the centre and where to park and costs. The room was fully furnished & the kitchen was well stocked and spotlessly clean. The room had a lovely balcony with a stunning seaview. The hotel is a 10/15min drive to the old town in Zadar and it takes about an hour to walk it. There is a small supermarket and bakery nearby. Taxis are 40 Kuna (roughly 5 Euro) or 48 at night. Buses are 10 Kuna each with a bus stop outside the small supermarket. My only criticisms would be that the room could do with newer furnishings and bedding. Our couch was not comfortable and our tv was unwatchable due to a really loud buzzing coming from it. We stayed here out of season so there were many restaurants closed and we didn't get good weather to try out the pool or bbq area.

A helpful manager on duty
Mgr Ivanka was helpful and gave us options for restaurants. Since we arrived before check in time, she offered us an available room or wait for another with a better view after it was cleaned up. When we left, she offered different routes to take while driving from Zadar to Plitvice.

Lovely apartments in a good location
These apartments are situated a car drive away from the Old Town Zadar but the area it is located in has facilities by the sea, safe bathing, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. It is a short 5 minute walk to the sea and there is a nice walk round the waters edge. I think all rooms have a sea view and the area feels safe both day and night. Ivana the owner is a lovely welcoming lady who gives you plenty of information on your arrival and is approachable should you need her. The pool was clean and welcoming after a day in the heat. The apartments had all that was required and were spotlessly clean on our arrival and was even ready for us even though we were an hour early

superb stay in Gravic and Zadar
Really enjoyed Villa Gravic Zadar. Ivana and family very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and had a great view of the ocean. Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, shop and bakery. Also Marinero restaurant 10 minute walk, was delicious! Only a 15 minute walk to sandy beach at falkensteiner hotel, also well worth the walk. We got bus to Nin which was superb day trip. The Queens beach there is stunning! Also did day trip to Plitvice lakes-stunning is an understatement! Loved it all!

Excellent Hotel in Zadar
I rarely do rating and should do more, however this stay is a must. This Hotel was wonderful! The staff were so helpful! The owner lives on site and speaks excellent english, as well as others. The rooms are more like apartments! perfect for what I needed. There is a market within walking distance and several restaurants. Its in a quite neighborhood. I highly recommend this place for the family or person who truly wants to feel at home when vacationing.

Litet fint lägenhetshotell med bra läge
Perfekt litet hotell med trevligt par som hjälpte till med det mesta. Nära strand, liten butik o busshållsplats som snabbt o enkelt tog oss in till gamla stan som verkligen är värt ett besök. Kan tillägga att köket va bra utrustat fanns salt o socker, kaffe filter, disk medel osv så skönt att slippa ta med eller inhandla.

Wonderful hotel with everything you need!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gravic for 11 days this summer! Ivana was super helpful before we arrived and helped us with currency questions and everything else we wondered. She came and picked us up late at night with no complaints and was a super nice chat and sport. Very well informed about attractions nearby and very pleasant. The location is great, you live in quiet and calm surroundings, but it only takes about 15 min with bus to Zadar city centrum. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with everything you need. Super plus for good pressure in the shower! Then we had a lovely combined living room and kitchen supplied with all you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Big fridge with a freezer as well. The bedroom was separate with a big and comfy bed, closet space and a lovely balcony with a wonderful view of the Adriatic sea. Both the bedroom and living room/kitchen had air conditioning which kept the rooms cool and comfortable and blinders that worked perfect. On our balcony ww had seating options and sunlight from early day till late afternoon. There is also a pool of a good size and a great pool area with sun beds and a shower that we used almost every day. We even met a cute little turtle one day! We felt very much at home at Villa Gravic, Ivana and her family made our stay perfect. They were always polite and generous and made us feel welcome. They are what made our stay extra special and we would absolutely recommend Villa Gravic!

Very nice hotel/apartment with large balcony, clean, neat and nice beds. Even though the pillows were ‘a little to high’. Excellent service by the owner Ivana and her family. Hope we’ll be back some day.

Nice hotel
This was our second stay at Villa Gravic. We like it very much. Ivana an her husband are very friendly. Appartment and pool is fresh and nice. About 10 minutes walk to a beach that is not overcrowded.

Located in a calm area, the villa has outdoor pool
The Villa is located in Diklo district, 10-15 min away by car from the old town, which enabled us to enjoy the tranquil yet beautiful neighbourhood. Ivana's recommendations for restaurants were excellent and she was very helpful even if I had a urgent request. What's best about the villa is the outdoor pool which is open until 9pm so don't miss it! Highly recommend this place for your lovely stay.

Dear Anonymous! You could put Your full name when You were leaving this review, but anyway I know who left this review.... I thing that review is not correct or fair because people that left this review were angry because they made a mistake. They made a double reservation in Zadar for the same date, and wanted in a first place not to show here,and leave us waiting for them the whole day, and they were thinking not to show here at all, because other reservation was already charged by Expedia and this one was Hotel collect.Unfortunately they showed here instead to other place where reservation was already charge, and they were very unpleasend surpriced by the fact they came to"wrong "place, and that they need to pay for the reservation! We are really not guilty for their mistake,and making double reservation is really not fair or correctly to the places You book, because someone need to wait for You the whole day and lost the time and the money.... Also the things that lady is saying are not true.This apartment has the most dishes. Beds, bed-liners and the covers are new. Pool is exactly like in the pictures. People usually choose this apartment when they are coming with a children because the pool is close, but You can also book other apartments if You do not like ground floor.Also we care a lot that all the guests are happy, and that there is no problems or noise around a pool.
