Good value, great location.Posted Apr 11, 2014
Still the best location in Zagreb. You can walk to everything and when you need to go further, taxi stand is 50 meters from the entrance. Basic rooms are tight even for European standards. Shower just fits. Wall is 30cm from end of bed. Suggest the next size up for extended stays. Staff is very friendly, but they recognize me after staying there many nights. Easy to print and scan documents (with help of front desk). High speed internet has low signals in a few rooms so ask for an Ethernet cable at the front desk if you get one of the unlucky room. Mostly European and international clientele. If you want the typical American package, go to the Sheraton. Otherwise, this is a very good option.

Very centralPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Staff are very nice and the breakfast was good
Cons: needs tea making facilities in the room . Otherwise bring a travel kettle or ask the bar (closes 10pm during the week) or the restaurant (closes 11pm)
Location: You can walk everywhere or take short tramrides
Very near the tram lines , 45 mins from airport Great generous breakfast

Nice Stay in Zagreb, CroatiaPosted Jan 5, 2014
Location: Need to see the Cathedral, the blood bridge (which is covered and is a street), the Parliament building, walk around the streets. it is beautiful.
2 adults and 2 teenagers - we stayed at the Dubrovnik Hotel downtown Zagreb. The location is perfect as it is close to everything and you can hop on a tram a few steps away, if you need to go farther. The rooms were great! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast included with the rooms was amazing, including hot and cold options. The only thing that was odd - maybe because we compare to north american standards - was that we could not easily get ice. One of us had a back injury that needed to be iced at night. There were no ice stations on any floor and when we went to the front desk they sent us to the restaurant which closed early. Fortunately the cleaning lady in the restaurant was able to give us a bucket of ice. Otherwise, we loved staying there.

Great location!Posted Dec 12, 2013
Pros: The location ...... once you step outside, you're in the city centre.
Cons: The staff need a little training as to customer service.
Location: Hotel is in the city centre and great for shopping and exploring.
Overall, great experience, but the room was extremely hot. When I mentioned this at reception, the two men on duty said to simply open the windows. I didn't find this very caring nor helpful.

Great.Posted Nov 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Perfectly located. Our stay was Friday and Saturday Night. We we so happy our room faced out of the back of the hotel. The very active pedestrian street-scape added to our experience. We awoke to a four piece jazz band merrily playing below our window. People were walking past looking for the perfect cafe to have their morning coffee or shop to explore. The only slight downside to our experience was that on check-in the front desk people were just slightly preoccupied with each other to give full attention to our check in questions. You cannot have a better location to be immersed into this city though.

Excellent hotel in great locationPosted Nov 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
If you are going to Zagreb on business or pleasure, this is the place to stay. Great location with walking access to all major sites. The staff of this hotel is some of the best I have ever experienced (better than a 5 star hotel). Very helpful at everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

everything was okay only the hotel is not accessible to public transportation-you have to walk from drop off to the hotel-won't mind if it is not raining...but can't undo it...but it is very good over all..

Superb Location and lovely roomPosted Sep 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Friendly staff, lovely room and a spot on location. Doesn't look as good from the outside as it actually is, but don't be fooled by the appearance, it is a little gem of a hotel. And right in the heart of the city. Surely the best placed hotel in the city. Top marks from me.
