Arcotel Allegra Zagreb

Excellent hotel no problems.All staff very friendly.

Good hotel well positioned for train station or bus station. carpets look a little tired. Though there is a sauna and steam room available for guests these were not operating during the stay-which was the main reason i chose the hotel

Everything about the hotel was really good. Clean, comfortable and close to bus and trams. Desk staff very helpful.

High standard hotel. Professional staff Great location. Next door to cafes and cinemas, walking distance to the bus station, train station and the town centre. WE stayed for 2 nights, wont mind staying there again if we ever visited Zagreb

The room was next to a busy street. Could not sleep because of all the noise.

The hotel was excellently located only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, right on a tram route and near both the bus and train stations. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English, the rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed (if a little basic for a 4* hotel). The breakfast which was included in our stay was marvelous and the dinner we had one night was good if a little pricey. Zagreb is a bit of an undiscovered gem and I thoroughly recommend a stay at the Arcotel Alegra as our experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

it was fantastic. great room and location. breakfast was not as good as it should have been, not bad, just not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Very helpful staff.

The Arcotel Allegra is a very friendly hotel. The staff where very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Joe's Bar was a great place to have drink before going to bed infact it was a good place to have a drink any time of the day! it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main square but the tram runs right outside the Hotel if you prefer not to walk.

My stay at the Alcotel Hotel was very nice. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and polite. I would definitely choose Alcotel as a place to stay if I were to return to Zagreb.
