Rooms at the Zante were very clean and spacious, coffee machine but no kettle was provided. The hotel is nicely situated with nearby shops and restaurants if not going all inclusive like we did. The pool was nice and quiet, mostly as they were closing down, we were one of only guests there. Unfortunately the food is what lets down this hotel, it was a la carte with a rotating menu, quality was hit and miss, breakfast was not great, basics like croissants were not served and hot food choices were very slim and unappealing. We had our own pool but it was always in the shade and covered in mosquitoes so couldnt use it due to it being cold, and us being bitten alive. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff, nice location, plenty of parking and is reasonably priced.

I arrived late and was not able to enjoy many of the property’s features. But the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The room and property were nice and an excellent value for the money. I would stay here again.

It felt like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Although clean and friendly, it did feel a little dated. Our shower flooded the room every time and even though we reported it, they did nothing to fix it. The all inclusive A La Carte menu was basic and fairly limited. The bar was poorly stocked and had very little choice. Good swimming pool.

Good for basic holiday
This was a clean, basic hotel with good access to both Tsilivi and Zante. The room was clean and comfortable with a well appointed balcony overlooking the pool which is also clean and pleasant. The downside comes if you are looking for anything more than this - the quality of food and drink provided is poor compared to other local offerings. The service was also middling, with polite, simple, requests responded to as if they were a gross imposition on occasion (e.g. moving a dining chair in the empty restaurant to seat five to a table). Treat the hotel as a simple base though and it will suit your needs.

An okay stay
The pool closes at 7.30pm which is a bit annoying when you go out all day, spend one night and realise you cannot use it or you get kicked out by the pool boy. Breakfast is very basic but okay. The welcoming is quite cold and you don’t feel welcome. The room is nice, clean, spacious.

Nice hotel ... no drawers or wardrobe only half dozen hangers on a frame .. All inclusive was poor .. food varied but cold Drinks were limited to certain times and when no spirits left couldn’t offer the other brand as it was charged! ... Too many restrictions on the all inclusive Restaurant staff were lovely .day barman was great but night Barman wasn’t as pleasant. I emailed to ask for tea coffee facilities in room and would have paid but they said they didn’t have any only to find that they did in an upgraded room but wasn’t offered anything...

Very nice hotel, I am surprised it's rated ** as we had better experience that from *** hotels in Spain/Italy and **** in Turkey. Great food - this needs to be highlighted! Very helpful and kind staff. Only one minus - animations, you needed to go elsewhere in the town as there were almost nothing at the hotel.

Lovely small hotel, staff ok but not over friendly. Pool and area lovely and clean. Not a great deal of choice in the all inclusive but enough for a weeks stay. Rooms clean and comfortable and having a fridge was a nice extra. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and bottles of water stocked in the fridge. Free wifi was an added bonus. Lots of nationalities, very few British people but this is not an issue unless you desire British food.

Lovely and friendly place
I was initially upset by the location. The map indicates the hotel to be in the heart of the village. This is misleading as it is a good 10 minute walk to the centre and 20 minutes to the beach. This does not become a huge problem as the pool is lovely and the family and staff are very friendly and everywhere is generally very clean. The only thing I have had an issue with is that I booked a double room and received a room with three single beds. I was not moved throughout my stay. However I had a wonderful time and I would recommend the hotel.

Hôtel accueillant et calme
C’est la 2 ème fois que nous séjournons à cette hôtel. Équipe accueillante et sympathique. Proche du centre ville mais à la fois calme et reposant . Pour les repas , service à la carte et petit-déjeuner en buffet. Ça manquait un peu de fruits cette année . Les chambres sont jolies et propres . Nous avons appréciés notre séjour autant que le premier .

Buon hotel ma da migliorare
Hotel molto bello esteticamente, camere spaziose mancanti però di armadio e come set di cortesia ho trovato solo saponetta e cuffie, il dispenser di bagnoschiuma nella doccia l'ho trovato vuoto e così è stato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Trovo poco carino far pagare un extra per l'aria condizionata (che funziona solo se sei presente in camera) e per tenere al sicuro gli oggetti di valore (cassaforte 2€ al giorno). La spiaggia dista 2 km e la navetta per la spiaggia fa solo tre corse alle 10, alle 14.30 e alle 17, se si vuole rientrare per il pranzo bisogna tornare a piedi. Il pranzo al sacco per chi ha l'all inclusive è disponibile solo se si va in escursione mostrando la prenotazione. La piscina è molto curata e ho sempre trovato ombrelloni e lettini liberi anche arrivando nel pomeriggio. Il personale è molto cordiale e gentile. Tutto sommato una buona esperienza, migliorando un po' i servizi sarebbe un ottimo hotel.

Leider hat uns das Hotel den halben Urlaub verdorb
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und erst einmal zum Lunch geschickt. Der Schock kam später, als wir in unser Zimmer gebracht wurden: eine dunkle Höhle, die auch mit den vorhandenen Lampen nicht heller wurde; die Möbel in schlechtem Zustand : die Schubladen öffneten sich von allein, der Schrank wollte aber keinesfalls offen bleiben und das Bad war sehr schimmelig. Damit die Glasscheiben in der Duschkabine hielten, war der Rahmen mit Toilettenpapier ausgestopft worden, das überall herausguckte. Gebucht hatten wir ein Luxuszimmer mit Poolblick, befanden uns jedoch ca 3 Meter neben der Poolbar. Entsprechend war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Da unter unserer Tür ein handbreiter Spalt war, war es nicht möglich, den unbeschreiblichen Lärm, der hier bis ca. 3.00 morgens herrschte, auch nur zu dämpfen. Am nächsten Morgen verlangten wir daher ein neues Zimmer, das wir allerdings erst am dritten Tag bekamen. Nach zwei durchwachten Nächten erwartete uns hier das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer. Modern, sauber und man konnte den Lärm aussperren. Leider war die sehr schöne Dusche undicht und das Wasser lief durch das ganze Bad. Um es aufzuhalten, benutzten wir unsere gebrauchten Handtücher und legten diese zum Wechseln in die Dusche. Als wir Abends zurück kamen hingen diese klatschnassen Tücher über der Duschwand und das Bad war nicht gereinigt. Wir bekamen trotz Bitte keine neuen Handtücher. Diese wurden bis zu unserer Abreise nur noch einmal ausgetauscht.

Il cibo è da "mensa"
È la prima volta che mi capita di non vedere l'ora di tornare a casa!! Ho prenotato questo soggiorno a febbraio trovando un'offerta vantaggiosa: volo+camera deluxe con vista piscina e servizio all inclusive X 10 giorni ad un buon prezzo..peccato che, una volta arrivata, mi hanno messo in una struttura a parte con camera più piccola rispetto alle altre e senza vista piscina..a parte questo, non ho trovato a parer mio il cibo "ottimo" com'era scritto in diverse recensioni, anzi vero e proprio mangiare da mensa e X di più Senza nemmeno una Tavola apparecchiata!!le tovagliette non esistono, piatto bicchiere e posate direttamente appoggiati sul tavolo..imbarazzante!! Il letto il primo giorno non me l'hanno nemmeno rifatto, nei giorni a seguire si, ma il pavimento non lo puliscono praticamente mai!! L'unica serata che salvo è quella del giovedì sera "serata a tema greco" specialità al Bbq, la carne alla griglia è buona!! Sulle spiagge nulla da dire, il mare è bello e la maggior parte delle spiagge sono attrezzate, 2 lettini 1 ombrellone a soli 6€. Suggerisco quindi di prendere un appartamento e andare sempre fuori a cena xke il cibo costa veramente poco nei ristoranti. Un ristorante che consiglio è il M-eating a Tsilivi e una spiaggia attrezzata che consiglio è il Bananas. X concludere: le isole BELLE sono altre!!!

Esperienza della vacanza di Gennaro, Consiglia, Mimmo e Stefania. Hotel con ottima accoglienza, pulizia e cordialità da parte del personale, la formula all inclusive è stata eccellente, la ristorazione a buffet di buona qualità e molto vegetariana, piscina molto bella, panoramica, attrezzata e pulita, camere pulite e accoglienti, personale sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problematica, piccolo neo la lingua difficoltà nel dialogare. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che soddisfacente.

Accogliente, pulito e molto bello
Una splendida settimana: l'Hotel è molto bello, e vicino alla spiaggia e a pochi minuti da Zante. Le camere, pulitissime, si affacciano tutte su una bellissima piscina. Il personale è competente e accogliente. Nel piccolo bar davanti alla piscina, è possibile ordinare a qualunque ora cibi e bevande.

Ei puhtaita pyyhkeitä koko viikkoon, myös likaiset lattialle heitetyt pyyhkeet siivooja oli vain nostanut takaisin kuivumaan niitä vaihtamatta. Ei kiva, koko henkilökunta ei osannut kunnolla englantia...muuten ihan ok hotelli jos varaa tarpeeksi ajoissa niin saa hyvällä hinnalla eikä täten jäänyt huono maku suuhun. Lämmintä vettä ekana iltana hyvin, muina päivinä ei ollenkaan. Respassa henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da ragazzi simpaticissimi che hanno risposto molto volentieri alle nostre domande e ci hanno aiutato a creare un itinerario di viaggio, prestandosi anche a trovarci mezzi di trasporto, contatti sull'isola e tutto quello che poteva servire. anche nel corso della vacanza si sono mostrati sempre disponibili e sorridenti. Consigliamo di fare la colazione all'hotel che è varia ed economica La spiaggia a 7-800 metri dall'hotel è molto attrezzata ed il mare è bellissimo e caldo, come in tutta l'isola. Anche il centro, che non è lontano, è ben organizzato e propone una vasta scelta di ristoranti. Consigliamo di girare con una macchina e...BUONA VACANZA IN QUESTA SPLENDIDA ISOLA!

L'hotel è a conduzione familiare. I proprietari sono molto cordiali (specie i due ragazzi) e gentili. Magnifica la piscina. Consigliamo vivamente di mangiare in hotel (la cena è servita a bordo piscina), perché si mangia bene e abbondante. Unico neo: avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale, e ci è stata data una stanza con due letti singoli, dicendoci che...il letto matrimoniale non è legale in Grecia : - | A parte questo, servizio eccellente e camera confortevole. Lo consiglio a coppie e famiglie!

Estate stupenda
Hotel nel complesso buono. Certo ci sono strutture decisamente migliori ma rapporto qualità prezzo soddisfacente. Rispetto al costo non potevo chiedere di più. Il mare dista 5 min a piedi, ma se si ha a disposizione l'auto o lo scooter non mancano di certo i parcheggi adiacenti alla spiaggia. Consiglio decisamente questo Hotel e in generale la località in cui si trova!

Familiehotel med meget venligt personale, men...
Tror ikke man kan finde et mere venligt personale end det som findes på Sun Rise Hotel. Det er et familiehotel, hvor en stor familie bestyrer hotellet. Stemningen, poolen, baren ved poolen, beliggenheden og omgivelserne er super og kan varmt anbefales. Der hvor det halter kraftigt er på værelset, hvor madrasserne efter vores holding næsten er umulige at ligge på. De er tynde og gamle og har ingen støtte eller komfort overhovedet. Vi havde begge ondt i ryggen efter en nat på madrassen. Et andet, dog mindre minus, men stadig et minus er morgenmaden, hvor man mangler en lidt mere spændende morgenmad - specielt kunne brødet trænge til fornyelse, idet man kun har tørt flutes at vælge fra. Så kan det anbefales til andre... ? Såfremt man kan abstrahere fra de dårlige madrasser, de lidt nedslidte værelser og den lidt kedelige morgenmad, så er hotellet hyggeligt og kan varmt anbefales. Dette skyldes den hyggelige stemning, lækre pool, hotellets placering og at det hele ikke er så stort.

Αν εξαιρέσουμε το ότι ήθελε ανακαίνηση η ντουζιέρα (και είδα τρία δωμάτια όχι μόνο ένα και ήταν σε όλα χάλια ντουζιέρα) ήταν αρκετά καλό. Το πρωϊνο ήταν κάπως φτωχό. Το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον, πισίνα τέλεια.
