From the beginning I was helped with the staff for example regarding the parking. It would be helpful if the on-site parking details were explained already in the reservation confirmation.
The location of the hotel isvery central even taking into account that Zamora is a relatively small city. The main attractions and shopping are within walking distance.
The room was spacious and clean.
I was really plesed that the on-site parking was directly accessible from the hotel.

Huh
Far away from 4 stars hotel. Location is pretty nice. Breakfast is funny, maybe because of the COVID-19, I don't know..just a slice of bread and a croissant. However for 1 day with no much other choices..
We were visiting Zamora and wanted to be close to the centre of the sights with car parking, wifi and breakfast. This hotel met all these criteria. The car park is in the basement,a little tricky to find in a one way street. The hotel is ideal for immediate access on foot to the main pedestrian street Calle Santa Clara where you can access all the main tourist sights easily. The wifi worked well and the room was clean comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fine, nothing special although the cheese and ham were good, the waiter brought fresh squeezed orange juice, toast and coffee. Zamora is an understated historic provincial capital with lots of old churches and a cathedral with an excellent collection of tapestries. Close by (35km) is the town of Toro which is another little known gem. Dont miss it if you have time.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Nos alegramos de hayan tenido una buena estacia en nuestra ciudad.
We decided to stay at Zamora on the way from Madrid to Porto. What an excellent decision. Zamora is a lovely town filled with very nice helpful people. We stayed at the Hotel Zenit Dos Infantas where the staff were very friendly and obliging. We had a drink in the Plaza Mayor where we asked for a suggestion for a good place to eat. We were sent to La Bici Verde (The Green Bicycle). What a treat! If you ever find yourself in Zamora find La Bici Verde, you will not be disappointed.
Location excellant. Room clean and comforta
ble. Parking under hotel was difficult o access and sraff was not very helpfull and was abrupt when asking for directions
My only bad point. I wish their evening staff had a little English. Had difficulties checking in. Apart from this hiccup, would stay again.

Modern but not comfortable
Room was small and uncomfortable to be in as you could not sit up in bed because of the position of the light immediately behind the pillows. Air conditioning stopped working and although it was put right quickly it stopped working again after about 12 hours. Toiletries not replaced when room cleaned after first night.
Breakfast is very poor yet they charge €8 for it. Go out for breakfast as there are plenty of cafes around and you will pay €2-3 instead of eight!
