Worst Fairfield Experience

Late arrival ...room was hot and the wall unit would not respond. Room was second floor facing front of hotel. To cool room, had to open window which lead to trains, and cars drag racing nearby. And lets not forget about the family with children onthe 3rd floor who ran sprints back and forth with intervals of door slamming...until 2 AM. HERE'S THE BEST PART: WE WERE THE SPECIAL GUEST FOR THE DAY.. .NOTE TO SELF: NEVER Accept this acknowledgment....what a mess.... When desk person was provided a brief summation of our stay...her response was "Sorry about that...we willhavetheunit looked at...so much forconcernthat we might find other places to stay or next of frequent trips to their area...Customer Lost!!!!!

Fine place to stay

Reasonable price for the room, walkable to a few restaurants and downtown Zanesville, 1 minute off the expressway. Pool is small but nice. No workout facilities, but they provide passes to a nearby gym, which I did not see, and also have a walking path. Breakfast was fine. There were a lot of children in the hotel while I was there (softball tournament) but it was not noisy in my room.

The room was ok but dated and there was one day cleaning decided NOT to clean my room and when I called and they checked her sheet she had put down that it was cleaned. Also they seem to throw away things that are not in the trash. My was only pop bottles but it just makes me wonder what else the decide to get rid of.

A Wonderful Stay

From arrival to departure we were treated with the utmost kindness by the staff. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The bed was good, but other than that, the facility badly needs an upgrade. The shower didn't work and there is a train track that runs along the back side of the hotel. I won't be staying there again.
