“Excellent service and accommodations but...”

The hotel was excellent overall with the exception that the particular room in which we stayed the air conditioning was not working and it was very warm at times even with a ceiling fan on constantly. There is a rather long walk to and from the hotel lobby to the beach front rooms; if you have difficulty in walking expect no handrails on steps and rather a steep incline to go up and down.
