Stayed 7 weeks ago on our way to Valencia and then again on 1st October on way back. First time were given an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and lovely. Had normal double room next time and this was absolutely fine. Both times staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Despite being in the middle of an industrial estate the hotel is very clean and well presented. We ate at restaurant second time around and food was plentiful and very tasty and not at all overpriced. 2 mains, 1 dessert and a bottle of wine for approx 40 Euros we felt was very good value. The added bonus to this property is the beautiful park and fishing lake right behind it. All in all we thoroughly recommend and will use on all trips to Spain in future.

We were given a junior suite which was huge and after a long drive was a nice space to recover in. We have stayed here several times and it has not changed over the years. Towels could do with being a bit thicker and fluffier.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the hotel. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a convenient location for travelling through the area. Really can't fault this hotel for what it is and the price paid

Staff are efficient and friendly. Rooms are sizeable and very well equipped. On the downside, the bar should open a lot earlier and the menu is not really 'international' (but I do like to stick to British food).

excellent stop off hotel, have stayed a number of times as nice size room for a family and very cleanvand tidy. Convienient gor access to the motorway in the morning. Breakfast is excellent and the aet meal in the evening was very good value

Unsatisfactory stay
The first surprise is that the hotel is 30 min away from downtown by bus. I spoke to other people there and they had the same remark. Secondly, from a price perspective it was expensive to stay at the hotel compared to the hotels we stayed in in other cities but downtown. Thirdly, there is no bar you can go have a drink during the day. You can also not go for dinner before 8.30 pm. That is late for any European other than Spanish. You must cater to international people too. The breakfast was very good and good value.

Have stayed here before as a great stop off hotel. Room was nice and comfortable and breakfast was great. Only disappointment compared to previous stay was the bar restaurant was closed and there was a very limited evening meal menu available. Not really in keeping with the quality of the hotel.

Refrigerator was broken. Kitchenette was included but no utensils or any dishes. No coffee or kettle. AC/ heat not working. Bed uncomfortable. Very difficult to get to. It appears to be next to the freeway, however it is a long drive from nearest exit through a industrial neighborhood with many warehouses and factories. Completely dilapidated hotel next door that was never completed to be built. Do not stay here.

Overwhelmingly satisfied...
The stay was wonderful and the service was fantastic. We checked out for s few days to travel other parts of Spain. We stayed at another Eurostars in Barcelona, however; it did not compare too this Eurostar’s. We returned to Madrid and only wanted to stay here.

It is a bit far from Zaragoza center but of you have a car is a perfect location for the price. The breakfast was great and the room we got was spacious and well appointed. It had a small kitchenette and a full size refrigerator. It also offered covered parking which in winter would be very convenient. Great hotel overall.

Overnight stopover en route to Spain, hotel seemed under staffed and not able to help eg TV in room not working and rattling noise in AC vent took ages for reception to answer and when they did put on hold without replying again. Eventually when they answered told no one available for at least 1 to 2 hours to come to room to resolve. Positive was value for money on drinks and food and location is near motorway links.
