A basic hotel but comfortable and clean. Great location in the old town. It had wifi but we had trouble logging on. The hotel has parking but be weary a small car is preferable, there are lots of small one way lanes to get around and it can be hard to find. The hotel did e-mail me directions & maps of how to get in & out which was very good as the GPS wanted to take me the wrong way.

Hotel Sauce is conveniently located in the Old Town, close to major attractions and plenty of shopping and dining options. Unfortunately our stay did not start out well, as we were given keys to our room only to discover that it had not been cleaned following the previous guest checking out. There was no fridge in our room.
Day time staff were on the whole rude and unhelpful, however, evening staff were personable and pleased to answer our queries. Parking is located across the road in a tiny garage. The key is collected from (and returned to) reception each time you require access to/from the garage.

Excellent friendly and very helpful with everything to do regarding Hotel as well as sightseeing. The location is handy and the room was quiet even though it overlooks a busy area. Staff helped me design a personal walking tour of key items that interested us.

This is a very well run and well kept hotel right in the heart of the city. It was by far the best of the 3-Star hotels we used on our recent trip. The staff on reception were knowledgable and helpful. The downside of this hotel is the access, as it is located in a street which has been converted to a tram and pedestrian zone. This is great shame as it. may deter visitors. What made it more difficult was that my satnav kept bringing me back to the restricted junction. Anyone visiting with a car is recommended to park in the underground car park at Salomero from which it is a very short walk to the hotel. The car park is attended 24 hours. We really liked the hotel, the room was as good as any 4-start hotel, and very quiet at the back. The buffet breakfast was also of the highest quality.
