Recommended: hotel is located in the city center, meters from the S-Bahn station, which is excellent for sightseeing, shopping, etc hotel staff was very kind to let us check in really early (10 am) and the guy in the reception even spoke spanish (we can communicate very well in english, but that was a plus!) breakfast is fine, room didn't have a nice view but it was comfortable enough, for a very reasonable price. Recommended: the hotel was great, amazing and convinient location, beautiful lounge on the rooftop, breakfast was delightful and the staff (mostly the men in the staff) where very helpful...women a bit rough and too serious. I totally reccomend it! See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: This hotel is beautiful. Its old and elegant and the service is superb. I have one major gripe with this hotel and thats the internet. For a 5 star hotel that would cater for many business people i was shocked to find that they charged you ridiculous prices to use the internet. I stayed all over Europe on this trip and every hotel except for this one the WIFI was free and they were a less star rated hotel. See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: This is probably one of the better hotels to stay at in Frankfurt for a leisure trip. It is close to the historical sites which you may want to visit. (Most of old Frankfurt was destroyed in the war!) Shopping is nearby as well. My only complaint is that the hotel restaurant was very expensive. There are other dining options nearby however. Recommended: This was a nice hotel in Frankfurt if you are not there in hot weather. Rooms do not come with a/c and even though I booked a Comfort Double, which means air conditioned, they will not give you a room with a/c unless you put up a good fight. There are no alarm clocks, and they are doing construction right outside the windows out back so expect loud noises at 5am. It is also in a very ethnic area so you are in for a walk to get to museums. On the plus side, it is very clean and they have a computer in the breakfast nook with free internet access. Recommended: We have stayed here for over 10 years, before it was bought up by an American chain. They have improved it and left the basic quality. good location, helpful staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, hotel is old but a great price,close to train station and center of town. Not recommended: I liked the hotel, but I would not stay there again since the charge for internet service was over $45 per day or $ 1.40 a minute!!!! which ever is less. I have stayed much less expensive hotels even in Europe and the internet was included. See all reviews for this hotel
