Convenient location

We checked in a bit late. The staff was welcoming and VERY pleasant. The room was lovely... Clean and spacious. Terrific little restaurant right across the street... Great food and service. The hotel also has a restaurant... Didn't eat there but had some of their ho-made pies... DELICIOUS!!! This was a pit stop for us in between states and it was wonderful!

Trip to the Grand Canyon

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing
Location: 15 minutes from Kanab and on the junction to the East entrance to Zions National Park.
A oasis on the road to Kanab. We where delighted with whole feel of a family operation going back to 1931. They have done a good job of keeping the place current and the surrounding golf course give it a park like feel.very

Nice hotel close to Zion and Grand Canyon-N. Rim

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Comfortable and clean - nicely decorated.
Cons: Offer free breakfast
Location: Near Zion Nat'l Park, Bryce Canyon and North Rim of Grand Canyon
The hotel is in a very small town but in a good location to visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and the north rim of the Grand Canyon which is why we chose this location. It was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant there was a little high priced and serving slow, I believe, because they were short staffed. There is a gas station next door if needed.

Location: Great location for Zion and only 70 miles to Bryce along scenic route
Owned by the same family since it was founded in 1931 and you can tell. You get the feeling that working in the property is more than just a job to many of the staff and the family vibe comes accross loud and clear. Nice little 9 hole golf course on site as well as pool area, gift shops and gas station where you can pick up a 10per cent discount if you stay in one of the rooms. Thoroughly recommend. We initially booked for 1 night and stayed for 3.

Good place to stay

The rooms are large. It is sitting on a par 3 golf course. Views are good. The shower curtain liner was mildewed. I called and it was changed out right away. Restaurant was pricey.
