We were greeted by our hosts and owners of the Iron Gate Inn with a complimentary glass of wine when we arrived. Our very clean room was tastefully decorated with quaint artifacts and oak furniture. A TV is available on request. Parking was convenient at the rear of the house. Breakfast on both days of our visit was prepared onsite, delicious, and not of the usual pastry, cereal, waffles type. Our hosts were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area including the best places to dine and visit.

Nice place to stay when hiking in Zion. The Zion shuttle stops outside and although its perhaps slightly further out of the park than some other hotels its only a 5 min bus ride to the road that takes you into the park ( no private cars allowed into the park unless you are staying at Zion Lodge and even then you can only drive to the Lodge, not around the park )
Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was buffet style and ok but nothing special. Great views at sunset over the rock formation at the back of the room, a quick walk to a good steak house and sports bar.
