La Inmaculada is a really special boutique hotel. It appears to have 15-20 rooms, all facing into a tranquil courtyard. The size allows for a level of personal service beyond any I have found in years in Guatemala. The managers are fluent in French, English and who knows which other languages. They were able to quickly address every request.
I recommend getting the large rooms. I understand they are well worth the difference in price. We stayed in one: Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, ample space for storage as well as ample space for moving around. And a large private balcony over the courtyard.
The hotel has a small restaurant that is quite handy and tasty. Full eggs, bacon, beans, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. breakfast is included in the rate, even when delivered to your room.
I could go on and on about the great small touches at this hotel. The courtyard makes it homey. It feels like a private oasis.

It's kind of annoying that they charge you 15 dollars for each 24 hours of internet if you book through a travel agency. It seems to be their way of getting back from the customer the discount they have to give to agencies...

"Good hotel close to the airport and city centre."
Hotel bus will picked me up at airport, it's only a short drive to the hotel which is being extended at the moment. Staff was very polite and the room was very clean. I got free wifi which I use a lot. It's close to the centre so you can do your shopping.

Very pleasant stay. Close to everything, plenty of places to relax, shop and dine. Lovely pool. Excellent beds and covers, very clean. Pleasant staff. Love the professionalism of older staff in Executive Lounge.
Fontabella is a great shopping place to visit at walking distance. Or visit the small shops across the street.
Casino is a plus but they want you to leave the camera in a locker. If I want to take pictures I could use my phone. Did not understand the logic so I did not go. I really wanted to try my luck but I felt the tight scrutiny too much since I was coming in from inside the Hotel. I expected to be trusted more. Then again Guatemala remains a low trust country.

Known for its nightlife, Zona Viva (Zona 10) also offers many cultural activities. Learn about Mayan costumes at the Museo Ixchel del Traje Indígena. Explore native plant species and local (stuffed) birds at Jardines Botánico. The Parque Zoológico La Aurora is popular with all ages, and the Museo Nacional de Arqueología y Etnología displays Mayan art, masks and significant jade artifacts.
