Parking is limited here to 4 spots in front of the hotel. If you get here by car there are parking limitations all over the area. Get a small car too!!! There is a 15 FR a day garage next to the hotel. We liked the hotel, spacious rooms but stay away from the freeway side. Windows open impossible.

We put up at this hotel for our return flight from Zurich. For the price we paid considering Switzerland, I think it’s great value. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean. The hotel is very well maintained. Room amenities - very basic.

A pit stop , not a destination.
Checkin was fast and pleasant. The room is basic but perfect for a quick stopover. There is no AC so nights can be a little warm during the summer months.

I have stayed here many times over the years, it never drops in quality. Breakfast is good, a nice range of foods. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are bright and clean.

Zug area hotels were booked or overpriced, and this was available. A bit far from Zug, it is not in the most picturesque location, nor are there many restaurants within an easy walk. The hotel does host a Swiss Chalet. The rooms are quite big and comfortable; I could have hosted a small team working during the day at the seats and working tables. The night clerk was especially helpful when we had questions or needs. Seems like they were understaffed during the day. It was in a small mall with a pet supplies shop, a bike store and an Adiddas outlet. Free WIFI worked fine.

Good clean modern hotel - fine if you have a car, no local train line if you don't. Taxi's near Zug are expensive.

Service is very slow and not even able to get an extra towel/blanket. Waited 30 minutes to check in, as they were busy with endless tour guide's request, very annoying. If you travel with your family only and don't want to wait to be serviced after big tour groups, don't stay there.

nice clean hotel with big rooms and good breakfast. Close to the highway so easy to reach on a business trip for stop over. Clean and nicely decorated, people at reception friendly and helpful.

Clean but boring
GOOD Modern and clean. Covers, duvet and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Great service - staff was helpful and accommodating no matter the ask. Short 5 min ride to Cham train station. Very good ice cream! BAD The room is small and stale. Boring. Bad view. No possibility to change the room temperature. Nothing around the hotel forces you to do everything at the hotel and the restaurant was stale. Have to pay for everything including wifi, bad bfast, etc. The king size bed is actually two twin beds. Shower layout is ridiculous, towels were in the showers and the whole bathroom was wet by the time I finished. Plus was freezing because there's no door.

The room was functional - large, modern, clean and had good wired internet access (I couldn't seem to get wifi to work.) Couldn't get the bedside lights to work, there wasn't any aircon in the room (pretty warm) and no shampoos/conditioner were provided in the bathroom.

Motorway hotel
We stayed here for over a week while we temporarily moved out of our house. Most of the guests just overnight here en route to elsewhere. Handy for motorway, reasonably convenient for Zug, Lucern. Did not use the restaurant this time but have eaten lunch there previously and it was good. Quite expensive given the somewhat industrial location.

A Bit Out of the Way
Very nice, basic hotel close to the main highway. It is located a few kilometers from the city center, so expect to drive to see anything. Since we were visiting Zurich and Lucerne, it's central location was perfect for us.

BAD HOTEL, REALLY BAD ATTENTION......
We made a reservation at the hotel for 4 days to learn a little from Switzerland and Zurich and take some tours, we think that this hotel could be our starting point to use the bus or train services but is far from everything and the people from the hotel won't help you in anything. Since our arrival we realized that the hotel was away from the city paid about $ 200 to the taxi driver. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk lady didn't not know anything on how we can move around to be able to take the tours we have already booked, she was the only person in the hotel and was in the process of learning. We said repeatedly that we needed to be in Zurich and asked how we could rent a car or use the shuttle and her answer was that she knew nothing, we ask to speak with the manager and told us that she was on her days off and it was impossible to communicate with her. Then we decided to eat something at the restaurant in the hotel and the lady told us that Saturday and Sunday the restaurant does not serve. Being in this hotel is like being locked up without any chance of going anywhere if you don't have a car, and the people in the hotel don't know anything and do not help. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, there are better options in Zurich. If you are a tourist and want to see the city and take tours don't reserve this hotel. We hade to change hotel after the first night.

Room was OK (basic 3 star quality), however the staff at the front desk was very rude. It took them almost 30 minutes to help me get a taxi which made me late to my meeting. Breakfast was also a horrible. Would never stay here again.

Good hotel but asked for an extra pillow which the receptionist couldnt provide because the housekeeper room was closed and the other rooms couldnt be opened to get a pillow because they would have to pay for the room keeper
