Need to better explain the location in brochures.Posted Nov 2, 2013
Pros: clean and ease of use
Cons: better desk information for travelers
Location: good sushi restaurant, large grocery store, train station within easy walk,
The staff knew little about the neighborhood, where other restaurants were and other information. We were traveling as tourists rather than for business.

Decent hotelPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stay was ok, but the hotel is expensive. Most hotels in Europe include free internet and a free breakfast. These guys don't. Otherwise, our stay was fine. At the end, they take off a special Zurich tax. That hurts. Not the hotel's fault though.

Very Convenient Location & Staff was ExcellentPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
What set this Courtyard Marriott apart from others was the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. All the typical amenities of Courtyard, but the staff took extra time to ensure my travel around the city to see the sites was well-planned. The trains are very convenient (2 stops) to the city Center and to the airport. If you want a sure thing to satisfy your short stay, look no further.

Solid hotel not far from the airport.Posted Aug 3, 2013
I stayed there for one night. They have a cheap shuttle to the airport that will pick you up on your schedule. Downtown Zurich is not far, you can get a tram or a train.

Good Location - Recommend Zurich CardPosted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: It was well located for getting around on the trams that were five minutes away at the rail station. It was simply a base but it did everything well.
Cons: We have no complaints and no recommendations for improvement.
Location: It is so handy for the centre of Zurich and from there you can go anywhere. We loved the Zoo with the re-creation of the Madagascar Rain Forest.
We were recommended the Zurich Card for 72 hours and this gives access to trams, buses and trains in the Zurich area for 48 Swiss francs so no bother about buying tickets etc. It also gave free or discounted access to museums and the cruise on the lake. Our three days were spent sightseeing the centre of Old Zurich and a lake cruise; day two was a visit to the Zoo with its re-creation of Madagascar Rain Forest; and day three was a long day spent watching our son achieve his Zurich Ironman in under 13 hours which was naturally the highlight of the short visit. The hotel we used simply as a base but it was well located, comfortable, opposite a supermarket for cheap shopping and five minutes from the rail station where we got the trams. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms clean.

Good valuePosted Jul 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is a typical, efficient business hotel two stops from city center by train. Train station is a 5 minute walk. Taxi to airport, about $35 one way. Breakfast not included, but room is very nice with AC and much cheaper than other places. No free shuttle to airport and you pay about $25 for a shared shuttle one way.

Reasonable hotel, extortionate breakfast.Posted Jul 5, 2013
Cons: Cost of breakfast.
Location: Not close to the centre, but a developing area which feels pretty safe and is very clean.
I've stayed here about 7 times now. Location is not central but it's a clean area. Rooms are decent with perfectly good beds - There is construction work going on outside right now (July 2013) which starts early so be aware of this. The one thing that I mark this place down for is the extortionate price for breakfast - Expedia reviews are not allowed to include pricing, so I can't be specific but be aware that you're going to be charged a significant amount for a hot breakfast buffet. They even give you minute plates/bowls so that you can't get much at one go - Just a mean, penny pinching attitude. It cost thirty percent of the parking price for two days at London City airport and it's not even that good. If this hotel wasn't so close to the clients I visit, I wouldn't use it. Decided that next time I will find a café or something instead.

Nice hotel near train station and groceriesPosted Jun 4, 2013
Pros: Close to train station and grocery store
Cons: Only one ice machine located in the lobby
Location: Several miles North of downtown Zurich, in a quiet neighborhood
Lobby staff were very courteous. The hotel has only one ice cube machine and it's at the Lobby adjacent to the Front Desk. That unit was temporarily out of service during our stay, but the woman staffing the desk at the time was nice enough to walk all the way over to their restaurant kitchen to fill the ice bucket I brought down from our room. For guests who go out for groceries and like ice in their room drinks, it's a little inconvenient. But, it makes sense for this hotel, since they don't offer a mini-bar in the room anyway.
