“Swiss Timing”
Meticulous Swiss with nice breakfast, internet, and great heated towel rack and helpfulfloor by shower. Very helpful courteous staff.
“Great boutique hotel.”
Stayed there 20 years ago before the renovations so had to go back to see whats changed. Very modern now - everythings changed except the service and the lift (2 people if you are lucky). Great service, very friendly, would definately go back!
“Good hotel, Great location”
A double bed would have been nice. Apparently the hotel only has two rooms with double beds. The rest are twin beds. If you are fine with this, then it is a great hotel.
“A Jewel”
Right in the middle of downtown Zurich, next to a charming square and many excellent and varied priced restaurants. We were able to walk nearly everywhere. The staff was extremely friendly, and the continental breakfast -- which comes with the room -- is more like a complete meal. I would definitely stay again.
“Great in Zurich”
This hotel was more than we expected. Location is convenient for walking or the tram. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Excellent restaurants nearby, as are major attractions. Room and breakfast were first class.

Aufenthalt 9. bis 11.11.2007 - Hotel leicht zu erreichen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Trambahn-Station "Helmhaus") Lage des Hotel in nächster Nähe des Zürichsees und diverser kultureller Einrichtungen - Shopping-Meile "Bahnhofstraße" ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Zimmergröße- und Ausstattung auch bei Einzelzimmern großzügig - Matratze bestens! Frühstücksbuffett vielseitig und frisch, wird ständig vom Personal nachgefüllt! Persönliches kleines Hotel mit Charme - so mag ich es gerne!
“A fantastic place to stay”
This hotel could not have been any better. It was pefectly situated for everything we planned in Zurich. It may be the smallest 4 star hotel in Zurich, but don't let that fool you... It was just a wonderful place to stay!

Spent three nights here on a trip with my wife. Small, select hotel that ticks all the boxes, and is in a brilliant location in Zurich's Old Town. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
“Well located, small and friendly”
Very compact - just 6 rooms on each floor, and the size emphasises the friendly welcome and service. Very handily located in the old town. Not as shiny and plush as some of the big chains but clean, comfortable and well worth revisiting.
