Close to airport

Easy access from airport. Facilities were good but the Exec Lounge was very basic.

Just an Airport Hotel

Just a hotel that you can accommodate for a night if you are leaving the next day to the airport. I wouldn't classify this hotel as a holiday retreat kind of a place. I believe businessman's and transit passengers might love it. I stayed here for two nights and it was ok. The room was great but besides that, nothing ELSE. No restaurants is close to this hotel. The main town of zurich is far away. The nearst train station is Kloten Balsberg Barnhoff ( 20min walking distance from hotel ). The plus point of this hotel is the breakfast , Airport shuttle service and a close view of plane landing / take off. Oww ya, the Internet in the room is NOT FREE except for the lobby area. Perhaps the Hilton management should consider providing free Internet access to their VALUED GUEST. Three / Four star hotel provides free Internet for their guest and I don't understand why Hilton couldn't do so.

Our flat internet rates are within the average of other hotels in the area of Zurich and we regret your disappointment in this respect. To get into town, you could use our free shuttle bus to the airport and from there the train (total journey from main entrance of our hotel to Zurich main station is no longer than 18min). We are sorry if this was not correctly explained to you and will re-instruct our team accordingly not to recommend Balsberg train station, but the airport train station which is much more convenient and much faster. Quiet, comfortable, great room aminities, airport proximity, professional staff. Restaurant offers great food and service at its best. Not the first time I stayed at this hotel before catching an early flight. Easy parking. Hilton airport in Zürich is always my first choice!

Nice hotel close to airport

Location: Close to airport and also to city center
nice quite location near Zurich airport. Good restaurant and bar. Romms are comfortable nicely decorated. Staff are friendly.

Pros: The location to the airport
The staff was busy and a bit rude at our arrival and leaving. They charge for WiFi while other hotels we stayed at during our trip provide it at no charge. The room had dirty carpet, stains in the wash basin, a small tube of instant coffee for the morning. If you wished to have a more substantial breakfast, it was going to cost more than 30.00 SFr. addition per person. We were awakened in the early morning by delivery trucks unloading near our window. Considering the cost, spending a night in a reputable hotel such as the Hilton, one should expect a bit more.

Nice HOTEL 10 Min. from Airport ZRH

Check in-out very efficient, Reserved room 7 Days in advance of stay, for a great rate, including Breakfast buffet and free exclusive Shuttle from the Hotel to the Airport. Good selection of hot and cold Breakfast. Internet not included in room rate and at CHF 25.00 per 24H. service is a bit much.(10-15% of average room rate.)

Cons: 欧州のホテル全般に言えるが、スリッパを用意して欲しい
Location: 特に無し
空港内のRadisonは高過ぎるので、空港からシャトルバスで5分程度のHiltonを利用しました。朝5:30から20~30分おきにシャトルバスが運行しており、便利です。ホテル自体は、可も不可もない内容でした。

Tolles Hotel Super Frühstück

連泊すると・・・

今回5泊しました。 空港からホテルまでは無料の送迎車があり、とても便利でした。 朝食も満足度が高いと個人的には思います。 エクスペディアのホテル情報にあったバスローブ、スリッパ、髭剃りがありませんでした。 それに加え洗面台の水はけが非常に悪く不便でした。 さらに、バスタオルの補充を忘れられたのが1度、固形の石鹸の補充忘れが2度、マグカップが前日と同じだった事が1度とヒルトンホテルらしからぬ対応でした。 次回は、利用するとは思えません。年始の利用だったからでしょうか?残念でした。

Cons: There were no slippers in the room.
Location: Very near to the airport
Comfortable hotel. Nice staff. Good service. Good breakfast with full choice. Sauna is available in hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Although food and drink was bit expensive in hotel. Duty free shop was available in hotel, which was great help.
