The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was OK, except maybe the price of the parking. 34 Sfr is a bit steep considering this is a small town / semi rural and not a city.

Bed was a bit too firm, no hair conditioner in the shower, limited selection at breakfast. Aside from that, great stay. Very clean, nice large rooms and very convenient in that bar/restaurant is open 24 hours and breakfast is served from 4:00am. Check-in was efficient, friendly and fast.

The hotel was a in excellent conditions, a little bit small, but kind of luxury. The staff was good as well.

While the room was sold as a family room able to accommodate 4 travellers, the sofa bed was a single sofa bed, so there was no way it could accommodate 2 children sleeping on it. It was very disappointing as if we knew, we would have booked 2 rooms. There were also only 3 towels in the room and we called house keeping to get an additional towel delivered, which never came.... Overall, really poor experience, especially when one has a very long flight back to Australia the next day...

This was great for a one night layover in Zurich. The bar and restaurant is open 24 hrs. A quick bite to eat and a quiet night rest. Breakfast is early and has a wide variety of selection. Shuttle is on time and there are additional shuttle if the first one is full.

Our room needed deep cleaning! The beds were very hard for our liking. The sheets , pillows and duvet were very nice and clean and comfortable. They say they provide free shuttle to airport and they don’t it’s by a paid company. Free to get there but you pay 8 each for a ride back. Bad communication. We will look at other hotels next time while in the area.

I called for shuttle but ended up on a loop call. Front desk never picked up.No signage to let us know that shuttle comes by every 30 minutes on the ground level.

From the post bus, coming from ZRH it was not easy to spot the sign for the hotel. I took a 24 public transportation ticket in order to use it also to go to town after checking in. Checking in was easy, rooms are nice, airplane noise still audible, but not bothersome. I had a two-bed twin room. beds were not good bc they were like boot camp small and "wiggly". I felt like I was falling out of the bed all night! And yes, I am used to a 80cm wide bed. Breakfast was good, although I had to cut it short. Check out easy. Staff friendly. Walk to bus # 510 to the airport was less than 5 min on good surface. Leaves every half hour or take the shuttle for 8SFR each way.
