The hotel staff are outstanding! I have to especially thank Karim and Lory at the front desk. Also, I have to especially thank Maria, one of the breakfast staff, for excellent conversation and advice! Maria is one of the main reasons I extended my stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful! The breakfast is excellent! The only problem is that the WiFi only works for smartphones. The WiFi doesn’t connect to PC laptops, so getting work done is difficult. There isn’t a nearby place to go to for WiFi. The staff told me that this problem will be solved in the near future.

Absolutely Clean and wellcoming environment
Friendly atmosphere as we walk to reception. Overall clean and refreshing place to stay. Could not find fault in room which was excellently presented and very comfortable.

The needs to be cleaned and equipment fixed. The room was excellent. The tram is very nearby. Never use a Taxi in Zurich! Great property overall.

The property is clean and modern. It is conveniently located a block and a half away from the S Bahn which takes you to Center City.

The only problem with the property was the AC, you can't control it. It feels not working. The wifi also doesn't work the worst part is that people on the front desk have no clue

In a poor location. The sink plug didn't work and looked to be in that condition for some time. Food and dink very expensive.

A smooth stay
Location is amazing if you attend a concert accross the street. The room was as posted Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

Dark and dingy. Understaffed. Sweltering, no air conditioning. Perhaps the worst hotel in all of Europe, and unjustifiably expensive. Noisy neighborhood across from events arena, sirens went off all night. Don’t stay here if you plan to relax, or sleep.

We had a wonderful day at the Holiday Inn we stayed there as it was just adjacent to The Hallisadiam. The breakfast was particularly good with a good choices. I would especially like to say a big thank you to the lovely Maikia at breakfast and the the bar staff you made our stay absolutely wonderful.

The location was excellent and easy to get to. There is also a tram nearby. Hotel was clean. The hosts could have been a bit friendlier.

The property is very neat and well connected by bus and tram and so very easy to reach any place of interest. Room size is not great, and bathroom is small. But OK for one night stay for us.

Great all round hotel
Ths hotel is in very good condition, the decor is modern and everyehere is very clean. The facilities are good, it has a gym and lots of space in the bar which serves a good variety of food and drink.
