Central walking distance to everywhere

Wifi can only be connected to in the stairwell. Two showers with one not fully functional and two toilets shared is a bit tight. Carpet has seen better days. Won't complain about the room rate other wise I'll be complaining against the whole of Switzerland which I love

Pros: Location.
Cons: Cleanliness and comfort.
The room was extremly small. The only thing good about the experience was that the view was great and it was close to downtown. There were stains all over the floor. The towel they provided was already dirty. There are only two showers for the whole building to share, and on one of them, the shower nozzle wasn't attached to the wall. The drain on the good shower wasn't draining well and I actually had to pull out a large amount of hair just to get the water to drain a little. The room was extremely hot which made it impossible to sleep without the window open, that means having to hear the noise from the street below and also let all the bugs in. They could at least have a small fan in the room. The room smells like smoke. It's obvious they don't enforce the no smoking in the rooms rule. While I was out front, I actually saw a women in the room next to mine sitting by her window smoking. The guy at the front desk told me they provided breakfast in the morning, but when I went to eat something, the woman told me I had to pay for it. (I believe either 15 or 20 Franc's.) The price for the room was low and I know you get what you pay for, but I at least expect a minimum level of cleaniness and comfort. I was considering staying Zurich for an extra night when I got there, but after staying here, I decided to go to Lucerne early. I would not recommended this place to anyone unless you are very desperate, and then only for one night.

My stay on Suisse

Posted Sep 29, 2013
Pros: It was very near the bus station. We had easy access to some points of interest in the city.
Cons: The furniture should be in good condition
Location: You can visit some churches and many stores of famous brands in Suisse.. You can take a boat to navigate the lake Zurich.
The hotel is very near the bus station, very easy to find. One of the beds was unfixed and even that the man in charge tried to fix it, it was the same later. The hotel have a nice view too.

very central

for me the hotel has two big advantages: 1) the very central location close to the main train station and many sights and 2) the low price.

won't be back

The place was in a good location-but the area was loud due to the location. The sheets had holes, the sink in the room "gurgled" all night. The hotel was run down-little upkeep.

Not impressed

The hotel is in excellent location, but the room was very smelly which gives you feeling of uncleanliness. The bathroom walls had mould on them. We enjoyed our stay in Zurich but dreaded going back to our room at night.
