Very convenient

Pros: Location - and the bar food. The Friday offer of a burger and a beer is (probably) good value, although it all seems rather expensive.
Location: It's near the airport. Nothing much to do nearby but it's convenient for early flights!
We stayed at the Moevenpick Airport Hotel because we were catching an early flight. It was worth it - the shuttle got us to the airport in plenty of time, the room was nice, we had a snack in the bar and that was good, too. The phone charges for calls within Switzerland are exorbitant, though.

Nice hotel near the Airport

Excellent airport shuttle, very frequent. Nice, clean efficient hotel. Children friendly, Welcome drink on arrival, very polite and helpful staff, good restaurants, free coffee and croissants in the lobby in the morning. Only problem is that the rooms are pretty warm and if you leave your window open to cool off, the noise level from the road is high. Otherwise perfect. Internet in the room was not included unless booked directly. Hopefully this will get sorted out soon. Would recommend to anyone transiting at Zurich airport.

Nice hotel very close to Zurich airport

Very nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. Next to Zurich airport with a free shuttle to airport every 10 mins.

Disappointing

Pros: the closeness to airport and the shuttle
Cons: Plenty
The room was small and crampy. The shower system was terrible, it took more then 8 min to get warm water and then it was going from warm to cold and reverse. I told the front desk they told me they will make a note of that

Make sure you go down the platform after walking up the stairs - at the nearest rail stop. The trains only come by on 30 minute intervals and if you are not at the right spot, you will need to wait another 30 minutes. Hotel was great but no free wifi. We had a family of 4 and were very happy excluding these couple of things that were an inconvenience at first. Also, only a five minute walk to the train stop to get to Altstadt. Very good staff!

I expected more for the star level and accomdation booked - everything was fine but justed lacked the 5 star appeal- not even a complimentary bottle of water..disappointing
