Excellent place to stay for the airport

Cons: As it is an airport hotel, it would be helpful if it was possible to have breakfast a little earlier to allow for passengers on the first flights.
Very close to the airport, free shuttle to terminal. Excellent staff, very helpful. Lovely room – very spacious, super comfortable, clean, all the little extras that make your stay.

Well appointed hotel, close to airport

While our stay was very brief (layover in Zurich) the hotel well appointed, modern and comfortable. Price was fair, but pay attention to the breakfast charge, it's not so cheap. Overall, a nice stay.

Good shuttle to the airport (except at night...)

Pros: room amenities
Cons: shuttle at night at least until last flights have landed
We arrived at a deserted airport around a quarter past midnight, there no longer was a shuttle service available, by pure chance we managed to grab the only taxi available, sharing it with another couple...(not the hotel's fault, just a warning if you land late...). Otherwise the shuttle the following morning was fine, first one was already full but another one came 3 minutes after.

Close to the airport, excellent staff

Pros: Close to airport, very friendly staff, clean, and not very expensive.
We stayed here for 2 nights (booked 3 to get better price, but stayed only 2). The airport is about 5 minutes away, and the hotel is one of the better priced ones in Zurich. It is about 10 minutes drive from city center or you can take the shuttle to airport, and train to Zurich Hbf. The hotel welcomes you with a glass of sparkling wine (for adults) and orange juice for kids. Everyone speaks English, and they are very friendly. The first room we got did not have a door to the bathroom - so they changed us to another room, and to show their regrets, gave my children coupons for ice cream at their restaurant (which was appreciated well by my kids). The room was clean, beds comfortable, and once you close the doors, it is not noisy or loud. The water was nice hot and shower head great. Location is very good and safe. There are additional costs: No free Wifi or breakfast for our package, and parking is expensive (self-serve is 40 CHF per day, but the hotel gave us 40-ish for 3 days).

Decent hotel close to airport

Decent hotel near Zurich airport and has regular mini bus service to and from airport. Room service is good and very nice and cooperative staff.

Location: With shuttle its exellent

Close to airport

Hotel close to airport with good pick up and drop off . Staff did not tell about complimentary coffee . No coffee machine in the room.
