Just a convenient airport hotel. Reasonably priced by Swiss standards, meaning expensive, but competitive in the area.

Perfect location. Easy train access. Hotel was just what we needed. Good breakfast. Great front desk service.
“Good for an overnight”
Stayed for one night before catching an early morning plane back to the states. This hotel is perfect for that. Convenient and free shuttle to and from the airport. It is located very near local trains into Zurcih city (5 minute walk). The room was nice and adequate. The bar in the evening though was dead...no activity whatsoever...we checked it out after returning from downtown. All in all, a good layover hotel; not for longer stays.
“They made me pay the internet twice!”
The hotel doesn't offer free wireless, so you have to buy a scratch card at the desk, with username and password. The second night I was there I bought the internet card and I payed immediately cash at the desk. When I checked out from the hotel some days after they told me that I have to pay for the internet... again! I tried to explain that I already payed when I got the internet card, but no way... it was humiliating. People was waiting for the checkout and at the end they treated me like a thief, so I had to pay again. Totally unacceptable. I'll never get back there again. I was a returning customer since I travel to Zürich for business. This has been a stupid way to lose a customer and make him very angry. Make sure that any time you pay for anything in this hotel they give you a receipt, because the stupid management will otherwise ask to double pay. If you like to be treated like a thief, this is the hotel for you.
“o.k. hotel around airport (not that close to airport)”
the room size and service was o.k. the amenities are somehow old and not very good condition. shuttle buses run every 30min. If you miss the shuttle, you should take a taxi. You cannot walk to the airport.
“Good Choice - friendly service”
Good choice for a business traveler near the airport. Free shuttle bus to airport. Receptionist extremely friendly - offered to lend us umbrellas to walk down the street to the metro station as it was raining. He also offer to heat up the sauna in the basement if we were interested. Provided us with schedules for the trains into town and to the airport. Room clean and modern. Downside is that you are close to the airport and can hear the planes landing/taking off. Breakfast on the expensive side.
“Good place to stay if you have an early flight”
The hotel itself was nice and as expected. It is close to the train, and there is a shuttle to and from the airport. This is a great place to stay to be near the airport, but not where I would stay if I was visiting Zurich for vacation. While we did visit Zurich for the half day we were there, and it was an easy train ride, it was not the Zurich experience I would have wanted if I had been staying there for several days. My only real complaint about the hotel is that the airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes filled up before we got on it the morning of out flight. The shuttle driver came right back and took the next group in less than 30 minutes, but it was a bit stressful as we had counted on getting the shuttle at the specific time we needed to make it to the airport 2 hours before our flight. Most people we leaving much earlier than we were in relation to their flight departure times. You do need 2 hours to get to the gate for your flight in Zurich. We travel internationally quite often and usually find that 2 hours is overkill, but not in Zurich. It is a lengthy process and I feel like we walked all over the place.
