The staff are great, very friendly, fast and efficient. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the room. The hotel is very convenient being basically part of the airport, it took me at most 10 minutes from checking out to airport security which was also very fast and efficient. The whole experience was very much better than I hoped it would be. A lot of "verys" there I know but :-).

Never offered our Expedia VIP perks !! Had to ask !! They had no idea they were a thing! No king bed given as requested on booking so had to request a room move ! These big hotels like to think they’re something and charge for it but they’re not.. the welcome station of water and bits left empty and trashed by the end of the day not kept clean or replenished.. room way too hot no way to cool it down probably won’t pick this hotel again

Very nice, clean, and safe hotel quite literally across the access road to the airport. Walkable and convenient. I will stay there again. Dining options were excellent with an incredibly friendly staff.

The whole stay was so worry free and relaxing, starting with early check-in, room service and amazing saunas (I didn’t know they have it). I wish I could stay there for one more day just for spa, sleeping, relaxing.

Although I had purchased the room well in advance, I was told they were overbooked and needed to wait for a room. This was at 2200 hours. After waiting 40 minutes in the lounge, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Toilet was not flushed, trash had waste in it, no fresh water bottle, dirty towels on rack. I believe the desk manager had only changed the sheets and made the bed. I will NEVER stay here again.

We flew into Zurich at noon, and the hotel had a room ready for us so we were able to drop our luggage, shower, and take a fun tour of the Lindt chocolate factory. This was a good jumping off point to get to the Arlberg ski area in Austria as there is a bus from the airport to Austria, and it was easy to get to the bus from the hotel.

Bathroom water in shower stall flooded floors. Had to put towels down. Dressed and went to see night manager. Gave us another room with singl beds, we paid for king! Next morning argument with manager for refund and compensation. Very stingy. Won't book again.

Great hotel to stay at for layover. On site at the airport, no need to hop on a shuttle or taxi, and maybe 5 minutes or so to security for your next flight. Didn’t like the fact that the AC was not cold enough, it felt like only the fan was running regardless how I tried to adjust the AC. And hate the fact that the hotel didn’t provide slippers, considering most people who stay there already have their luggage packed and no time to open up their luggage and dig for some slippers.
