Atop the hotel, on the 32nd floor, is the Amrita health club. Enjoying panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains, the centre includes a pool, spa tub, sauna, steam bath, and fitness room, while massages and beauty treatments are available for a surcharge.
On the first and 31st floors the hotel offers a series of 19 conference rooms of varying sizes, all benefiting from natural light and the latest in hi-tech equipment. Walls between the rooms can be rolled back to create space (1,400 square meters in total) capable of holding a thousand people. Among the first floor rooms there is a bakery churning out fresh croissants and other snacks. Restaurant Szenario serves a full breakfast daily.
The hotel's concierge is able to assist guests who wish to take in the local bustling nightlife or visit any of the city's more than 50 museums or 100 art galleries.
Swissotel Zurich offers wireless and wired Internet access (surcharge).

Flat-panel TVs come with movie channels. Wireless Internet access is available (fees apply), as well as a direct-dial phone and workspace. All rooms benefit from plenty of natural light, especially the corner rooms.

Dining
Restaurant Szenario - This bustling dining area, with its simple wooden tables and chairs and mainly parquet floor, welcomes hotel guests for a full breakfast and local business people for power lunches. Along with a salad buffet and soups, other light meals such as pasta, fish or a vegetarian minestrone with parmesan cheese are aimed at keeping busy lunchers on the go.
Restaurant Dialog - Carved out of and raised a step above the main dining area of Restaurant Szenario, this is a more intimate location for a lingering meal over candlelight. Long-backed dark upholstered chairs and elegantly laid tables set the scene for, say, a starter of risotto followed by duck. Some can't resist the Flambispiess, or Big Bird Skewer.
Summer Terrace - In summer, the Restaurant Szenario extends outside into the neighboring square and offers light meals.
Edison Lounge & Bar - Towering vases loaded with peanuts grace the gently curving bar in Edison's Lounge & Bar, a street-level tavern that attracts people from inside and outside the hotel. Soft halogen lighting and soothing music waft over the candle-lit tables and leather lounges.

“Highly recommended for business travellers”
I was impressed by early check-in upon my arrival from Zurich airport at 09.00 AM. The room was great and the view from 29 floor spectacular. Probably, one of the best hotels for business travelers staying 1-2 nights in Zurich.
“Good place to stay”
Travel convenience and cleaness of the room are the most good reasons to saty in this hotel.
“Great Hotel-Fabulous Service”
Loved the Swissotel. The service was impeccable. Our bed was very comfortable; great room with a beautiful view. Walk across the street, hop on the train and be in town center in 5 minutes. Whatever we needed; once we asked, we had it in moments. A level of service that seems to be long gone in most places and wwe have travelled extensively. We will go back to Zurich and we will be staying at the Swissotel Zurich.
“Just one service failure”
This hotel is convenient and safe. I would have been very happy with the experience except that the management insisted that I took something from the minibar when I never even opened the door to the minibar. I think that there must be a problem with the reliability of their staff. Bottom line, a seven dollar charge for a bottle of water I never used or even saw!
“Will stay there again!”
The hotel was great. It has a perfect location. All public transportation is within reach. It took me only 7 minutes from the central train station to the hotel and then 7 minutes to the airport. Breakfast and dinner was a little expansive but Zurich, in general, in an expansive city. A tall latte in Starbucks will cost you 5.90 Swiss francs and only $2,97 in the US. I liked the hotel and will stay there again. Take tram from the hotel to the lake (all day pass 8 Swiss francs) and you will enjoy the beautiful city of Zurich.
“Good hotel with great train connection to downtown Zurich”
Good hotel with great train connection to downtown Zurich. Our room which was on the executive floor was not large but has great view from 26/f.
“Can't wait to go back!”
Rates are quite acceptable. Very convenient location, close to the tram station and at the other side of train station. Less than 10 mins from the airport and the train will drop you off just right at the hotel front gate. "Public Transportation is very amazing in Zurich!". Nice restaurant and dining room. Lovely bar with friendly BT. The reception, the gust service and almost all the working staff are extremely pleasant, very friendly and extraordinary cooperative. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights attending an international conference, it was very cold and snowing however, very much enjoyable. Thank you Swissotel - Zurich.
“Very impressed.”
I booked this hotel for my senior parents and they had a wonderful experience.
“Good Value on Weekends”
As always impeccable service. The only negative point is that I expect FREE wireless access in a 4 star hotel, a servoce which is readily available for 3 start hotels. Who anyway is going to pay 5 CHF for 15 minutes (!!) wireless access, the more you can go to the Starbucks in the hotel and surf for 30 minutes buy buying a drink?
“First choice in Zurich”
Excelent hotel, polite service, fantastic location, very convenient location with train stop across the street, 4 minutes from ZRH airport and 7 minutes from central station. Nice and cozy surroundings. Expensive breakfast buffet, Starbucks access from the lobby. Outrageous wifi cost.
