The property have few amenities, and expedia VIP customers didnt even have the proper perks as promised. One male front desk agent even approached us that we are not entitled for breakfast. I clearly told the agent/receptionist that we booked for 2 breakfast, however he insisted that I only entitled for one. The perks for room upgrade and other amenities were not given. I called expedia customer service and they called the front desk to clarify things. End of the story, the guy completely didnt understand my booking. Expedia did a good job for clearing up the fuss. It was early in the morning and I was treated like this.
The facility has not enough amenities, it doesnt even offer continental breakfast. I only rated this as three stars because of Natalie/Natalia of the service desk in the reception. She is very friendly, helped us throughout our stay and accommodate our needs during our stay. Without her, I didnt even feel as VIP guest.
