“Great hotel with hospitable service.”
Zurich Marriott is an excellent facilities hotel with the usual excellent Marriott service. Everyone is anxious to serve and please you during the stay. All service employees go out of their way to be freindly and helpful. When one becomes aware of and familiar with the public transportation that passes in back of Marriott, the city is accessible in all weather on the light rail system. Otherwise a taxi is always out front waiting.

Awesomw. Clean,friendly and niely located. We know Zurich well but the staff are very helpful to those who do not. We have a toddler and they made every possible accomodation for us.

This hotel was very clean and friendly. The hotel was right next to the River Zurich and had a very elegant atmosphere. The breakfast was very extensive, catering to all needs. The rooms are very good and the beds are extremely comfortable. They provide everything you need for that business visit or short break. They have everything from dressing gowns to irons and ironing boards. The only negative I could give is that it's next to the tram line and slight noise, but found it not a problem. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the main shopping area. The airport is only ten minutes drive about forty to fifty Swiss francs in a taxi. I would stay again at this hotel.

What a great hotel! Location, amenities, helpful staff. Made surviving jet lag with a three year old bearable. Very quiet room and good light blocking drapes for sleeping during light hours.

Extremely friendly and capable staff. Great value for the price. Wanted to stay longer but had to return to the states. Only complaint was the bed, which was a bit too hard and seemed to be domed in the middle. Would definitely stay again.

Location of hotel was in central Zurich, within walking distance to the main train station. Hotel service was excellent. I would definitely go back.

Had a good time and the location of the hotel is great as only about 5-10 mins walk to the old city and a 20 minute taxi ride from airport. Room was great and bed very comfortable. Only problem was check out where there was miss communication internally which resulted in the bags not being collected from the room which put a bit of pressure on getting to the airport on time. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

great hotel, friendly staff and very clean. stopped in zurich on my way to basel. i travel frequently and this was a wonderful surprise.
“Very Happy with the Hotel”
Really enjoyed staying at the Zurich Marriot.We arrived at 12 pm even though check in was from 2pm they let us check in. Rooms were very spacious and clean and everyday of our stay it looked as clean as it did when we first arrived. Breakfast was delicious.Good variety and high quality. Staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
