Great hotel for zurich trip

The rooms were very nice and a good size with nice views. Although I arrived at 9:30 am I only had to wait 45 minutes for the room and had the use of the executive lounge that offered a great breakfast while I waited. American plugs in the room was a great convenience. The location was great, you could see the hotel once you got out of the train station and it was an easy walk to everything in Zurich.

Modern hotel near the city center

Cons: Only complaint would be the beds need to be updated- they are very uncomfortable.

Great Hotel - convenient location

Only stayed one night so never used many of the hotel facilities. Hotel were happy to arrange an early check in and a late check out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a baby cot for my son. Only complaint was that the bed was not that comfortable.

Pros: Location.
Cons: More food options.
Location: You're situated close to old town and walking distance to the lake. Train and taxi is readily available.
The hotel is very clean, staff extremely polite, very professional and perfect environment for business. It is Switzerland so be prepared to spend a pretty penny for everything but don't worry - fortunately here, you get what you pay for ... After arriving back to the States I realized how far back we are in terms of social standards and quality of life. Eye opening experience!

Impressed and pleased

Very nice stay. The hotel is within walking distance to train station. We came from overseas and we were able to check in that morning as they had a room available. Went to club lounge and the food was superb. No need to go to dinner they have so much to choose from. Most definitely would stay here again.
