How do I register my ThankYou Member Account with ThankYou Network?
Registering your account with ThankYou Network is easy:
1. Go to the ThankYou Network Website
 2. Select ”Set Up Your Username Now”
 3. Provide some basic information

How do I check my point balance?
To check your point balance, visit the ThankYou Network at http://www.thankyou.com and click the “My Account” tab.
Please note that it takes four to six weeks after travel for points to appear in your account. If you have further questions, please call the ThankYou Service Center at 1-1-800-THANKYOU (1-800-842-6596). Representatives are available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–1 AM (EST); and Saturday, 9 AM–9 PM (EST). How long will it take for points to be reflected in my ThankYou Member Account?
Your ThankYou Points are transferred to your ThankYou Member Account four to six weeks after your travel is completed.
How do I look up my ThankYou Member Account number?
Your ThankYou Member Account number is stored in your ThankYou Network account, and you can look it up via the tool available at: https://www.thankyou.com/memberLookupStep1.jspx.

You can manually change the ThankYou Member Account number on an itinerary any time before the trip begins, as long as the number is associated with a traveler listed on the itinerary, the primary credit card holder, or the Expedia account holder.
I have more than one ThankYou Member Account. Can I combine them?

I got an error message saying that my ThankYou Member Account number is invalid. What should I do?
Please verify that you have the correct number by using the account number look-up tool (Visit https://www.thankyou.com/memberLookupStep1.jspx for more information). If you are still experiencing problems, please call the ThankYou Service Center at 1-800-THANKYOU (1-800-842-6596). What is a ThankYou Member Account number?
Your ThankYou Member Account number is your 16-digit “member account” number. It’s the number you receive when you enroll for ThankYou Network and which you should also receive in the mail in your welcome kit. If you've enrolled on Expedia, your number is part of your member profile.
I already have a ThankYou Member Account number. How do I add it to my Expedia account profile?
To add your ThankYou Member Account number to your Expedia profile, go to the Expedia “Account Overview” page. Enter your number in the ThankYou Network information section.
Please note that once your number has been entered, it will apply automatically only to future bookings. You must manually link it to any of your active itineraries—in other words, itineraries involving travel you haven't yet taken but which you booked before adding your ThankYou Member Account number. You can link the number via the “My Itineraries” page. If you need to find your ThankYou number, visit https://www.thankyou.com/memberLookupStep1.jspx.
