What are Expedia Destination Services?


Attractions & Services are an easy way to add fun, excitement and comfort to a vacation. Once a destination is selected, Expedia offers a simple way for our travelers to include a wide selection of activities whether transportation is required to get around town, a tour to see the sights or something more interactive is desired like taking a cooking class.


How can we list our attractions and services on the Expedia Websites?

We are always looking for new and exciting activities for Expedia travelers. Please fill out our Expedia Destination Services form! Your information will be sent to an account manager for review. If they are interested in learning more about your product or service, or have additional questions, they will contact you within 30 days.


How do I read a Voucher?

Several key changes have been made to the voucher design that should improve customers' understanding of redemption procedures for attractions and services. Please see "How to Read a Voucher".


How can we request replacement vouchers?

Send an email request and indicate the following in the body of the message:
  • customer name
  • itinerary number & voucher number
  • date of activity
  • supplier name and activity title
  • supplier location (city & state or country)

How can we request a copy or report a missing arrivals or booking report?

Send an email request and indicate the following in the body of the message:
  • the date/dates for which you need the report
  • supplier name and activity title
  • supplier location (city & state or country)

How can we request urgent information about an upcoming reservation?

How can we add a new offering or listing?

To add a new offerings to your offerings already listed on Expedia, please contact your Destination Manager.


How do we set a Blackout or StopSell Date?

Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Any existing bookings for blackout dates will be contacted and rescheduled or refunded according to the customer's wishes and availability.

What do we do if we have been incorrectly paid or have other accounting questions?

Send an email request about an incorrectly paid invoice. Please include:
  • customer name
  • itinerary number and voucher number
  • Expedia Invoice Number
  • supplier name and activity title
  • supplier location (city & state or country)
For any other accounting issues, please email our Accounts Payable department. Please include:
  • Supplier name
  • Specific question
  • If it pertains to a specific invoice, the Expedia Invoice Number

How do we submit an invoice?

Sign up for ExpediaPay a free, electronic payment system.
Learn more about ExpediaPay.
If you do not have access to ExpediaPay, e-mail an invoice to the accounting department. Use the Expedia Invoicing template.


How do we update the content of our activities?

Submit a content change request. Your request will be handled in 1 to 7 days depending on priority level.


How do we update current rates for our activities?

Submit new rates for uploading. You may be asked to fill out an Expedia Destination Services Rate sheet, which you can request from your Destination Coordinator or dsrates@expedia.com.
