Terms and conditions: Booking requirements: Sample fares above are based on roundtrip booking for economy/coach class travel on Midwest Airlines. Tickets must be booked at least 7 days in advance of travel and no later than January 18, 2008. Travel dates: Sample fares are valid for travel between January 13 and June 10, 2008. Additional sale fares are available for travel through September 30, 2008 for an additional $10 each way. Blackout dates: March 1-31, 2008 to/from Florida, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Diego. Minimum/maximum stay: A Friday or Saturday night minimum stay is required for all destinations, except for travel to/from Las Vegas which requires a 2-night minimum stay. Additional taxes/fees: Prices shown are for one adult and include a $5 booking fee. Fares are subject to additional charges, including, without limitation: the September 11th Security Fee of $5.00 for each flight segment originating at a U.S. airport; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending on itinerary; Federal Segment Fees of $3.50 per segment; and for international travel, foreign and U.S. government-imposed charges of up to $200 per roundtrip, depending on routing and destination. A segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. Other conditions: Fares and rules are subject to change without notice. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates. Lower fares may be available to selected destinations. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
