Terms and conditions:
- Depending on the rental location, the following charges may apply: a Vehicle Licensing Recovery Cost (VLRC ranging from $0.15 to $2.10 per day or from 2% to 6.9% per rental; an Airport Facility Use Fee/Customer Facility Charge of up to $4.50 per day or $13.50 per rental; and an Airport/Hotel Concession Fee Recovery or Airport Access Fee of up to 20% per rental. Concession Fee Recovery may be higher at Private Airport/General Aviation locations. Governmental surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement, and optional items, such as refueling or additional driver fees, are extra. Optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is $24 a day or less (in California, $15 a day or less depending on the MSRP of the vehicle; in New York, $12 a day or less depending on the MSRP of the vehicle; in Nevada, $15 a day or less); check your automobile insurance policy or credit card protections for rental car coverage.
- Fun Collection rates are available 10/31/06 through 12/31/06.
- Fun Collection rates require a 2-day minimum and a Saturday night keep.
- Maximum rental period on Fun Collection weekly rates is fourteen (14) days.
- Weekend rentals require a 2-day minimum keep and a 4-day maximum keep. Vehicle must be picked up noon Thursday through 11:59 PM on Friday and must be returned by 11:59 PM on Monday, or higher rates may apply.
- Advance reservations are required, and availability is limited.
- Holiday and other blackout periods apply.
- Brand and model of choice available on several vehicles at major airports in popular vacation locations. Restrictions apply. Not all vehicles available at all locations.
- Rates not available in HI and the NY Metro area.
- Standard rental conditions and return restrictions must be met.
- Minimum rental age is 21 (exceptions apply); age differential charges apply for renters under age 25.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
- Call Hertz (1-800-654-3131) to determine the amount of all charges, including any Customer Facility Charge, applicable to your rental.
