Booking requirements: Sample fares above are quoted for one adult and based on required roundtrip booking for economy/coach class travel on US Airways. Fares from Orlando to Rio de Janeiro must be booked 3 days in advance of travel. All fares must be booked no later than December 31, 2009.
Travel dates: Sample fares to Tel Aviv are valid for travel December 25, 2009-March 31, 2010. Fares to Rio de Janeiro are valid for travel January 7-June 26, 2010 (*No travel date restrictions from Orlando). Blackout dates may apply and vary by origin and destination.
Travel days: Fares to Tel Aviv are valid for travel on any day. Fares from Charlotte, Boston, Chicago, and Detroit to Rio de Janeiro are valid for travel on Monday–Thursday; fares from Orlando, New York, Los Angeles, Tampa, Philadelphia, and San Francisco to Rio de Janeiro are valid for travel Sunday-Thursday.
Minimum/maximum stay: Fares to Tel Aviv require a Saturday-night minimum stay. Fares from Chicago to Rio de Janeiro require a 2-night minimum stay; all other fares to Rio de Janeiro require a 3-night minimum stay.
Additional taxes/fees: Fares are subject to additional charges, including, without limitation: the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement at a U.S. airport up to a maximum of two enplanements per one-way trip; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending on itinerary; and Federal Segment Fees of $3.60 per segment. A segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. Fares for international travel do not include up to $200 in government-imposed fees per roundtrip, a portion of which may be collected by the foreign government, depending on routing and destination.
Other conditions: Part or all of the service may be provided by US Airways Express (operated by Air Wisconsin, Chautauqua, Colgan, Mesa, Piedmont, PSA, Republic and Trans States) or United Airlines. Fares and rules are subject to change without notice. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates. Lower fares may be available to selected destinations. Fares do not include checked baggage fees that may be charged by the applicable airline. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
