Travel Arrangers: Save time and money with tips from Expedia

• Travel Arranger: Set yourself up as an official Expedia Travel Arranger using the following steps:
1. Log in to your Expedia account.
2. Click on My Account, top right-hand side.
3. Click on Arranger Settings in left-hand column.
4. Select Add a Travel Arranger.
5. Read terms and conditions and check the box: "I have read and agree to the Travel Arranger terms of use."
6. Add your e-mail address.
7. At this point the request status is "Pending."
8. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Travelers: Be sure all your travelers name you as their Travel Arranger:
1. Your travelers will also need Expedia accounts, following the same directions
   under Add a Travel Arranger.
2. The travelers will receive confirmation emails to authorize you as their Travel Arranger.
3. After both confirmations have been received, the request will move out of “Pending’ status.

Find a hotel that interests you in the list and look for a camera icon, indicating a virtual tour is available. Click on the camera icon to go to that hotel’s virtual tour page. (Please note: Not all hotels feature virtual tours.)

Click on individual camera icons to view specific virtual tours.

How it works:

Once your booking is complete, look below the confirmation box and click on the Send your flight itinerary to your cell phone as a text message link.

Enter your cell phone number, starting with the area code.

Click the I agree to the terms and conditions box, and then the Send to phone button.
