This ground-floor restaurant will serve as the anchor for an art museum scheduled to open on the second floor in the spring of 2004. A 20-ft-long Victorian bar graces the lounge area, Italian chandeliers hang from the 17-ft ceilings, and 19th-century Chinese doors add to the dining room. The menu is as diverse as the decor, with Chinese, French, and Indian cuisines featured. The historic building has gone through a couple of different incarnations -- the last was as a bank, and the restaurants 2,000 bottles of wine are stored in the former vaults.
