This restaurant is literally the pinnacle of the ABC shopping center between Paseo de la Castellana and Calle Serrano. Dining quarters include a summer roof terrace and an Andalusian patio. Chef-owner Pedro Larumbe is known for his presentations of such contemporary dishes as foie-gras y piña caramelizada (foie gras and caramelized pineapple) and bacalao al pil-pil verde de cilantro (codfish cooked with oil, garlic and cilantro sauce, and eggplant). The dessert buffet is an art exhibit. A good wine list complements the fare.
