Near the malecón's north end, this attractive restaurant-bar has a sea view from its second-floor dining room. The menu varies by season, but, if possible, try the roast pork, the paella, or the pork loin in tamarind sauce; order rice, salad, or fried plantains separately. Like its Havana namesake, La Bodeguita sells Cuban rum and cigars, and the music -- like the cuisine -- is pure Caribbean. A Cuban sextet performs every night but Monday from 9 PM to 2 AM.
