PV's most sophisticated dining spot has a beautiful garden with a breathtaking view of the Pacific. Owner/chef Thierry Blouet blends Mexican ingredients with European techniques to produce such interesting combinations as cream of prawn and pumpkin soup, mussels in a scallop mousse, and roast duck with soy and honey. Special menus allow the chef to combine some of his signature dishes with appropriate wines and, of course, dessert. A piano and flute provide musical accompaniment. Reservations essential.
