 |  |  | | | Your best option for transportation in and around Miami is to rent a car. With the exception of downtown Coconut Grove and South Beach, Miami is not a walker's city, and although public transportation is being updated, it’s not yet ideal.
Visit Cuba-influenced Little Havana, which spans a 30-block section of downtown. Most of the action takes place around SW 8th Street between SW 12th and 27th avenues.
