This plaza has gone downhill as many of its shops have moved to trendier, newer buildings. What remains -- mostly camera and electronic stores -- is geared toward tourists. Plan to bargain furiously, particularly with the jewelers, who are, it seems, involved in a perpetual price-cutting war.
