The two dining rooms of the Still Plantation & Beach Resort seat up to 400 people, so it's a popular stop for tour groups and cruise passengers. The emphasis is on creole cuisine using local vegetables -- christophenes, breadfruits, yams, callaloo -- and seafood, but there are also pork and beef dishes. All fruits and vegetables used in the restaurant are organically grown on the estate.
