Coyote Cafe supremo Mark Miller has brought a touch of Santa Fe and a whole lot more to this house of everything wood-fired right on Circular Quay. As ferries slide out to Manly, tuck into dishes from freshly shucked oysters at the crustacean bar, to the full Churrasco banquet, a meat-fuelled frenzy inspired by the food of Brazil. The decor has turned a hangarlike space underneath the Overseas Passenger Terminal into a buzzy, charm-filled room, but it's the view that usually ends up as eye candy. Reservations essential.
